I'd look for a site on line that sells both and then at the reviews for those products, you'll get a good idea on which one people prefer. Obviously reviews are specific to particular models, so that's important. One Neff hob could be great and another not so, the same for AEG.

Mine is a five zone Neff which cost around £750 and it is frameless. It is now discontinued, and we got one of the last ones. Really pleased with it but have not needed to use powerboost etc as it work so well and quickly. For me, the main issue was width. It is so much easier having the extra width when there are several pans on the hob.

I've been looking at appliances on Which (it is worth joining for £1 (but remember to cancel before paying monthly). We are looking at an 80cm induction & Which recommend a NEFF one with 85%.

I have both Neff and AEG products in the kitchen.
I currently have a Bosch induction hob and it's not as good as my previous one which was an AEG. I wish I'd have had another AEG. The power boosters on the Bosch are not on every ring which they were on the AEG. Also the glass marks far easier on the Bosch.
I have a Neff fridge and double oven and they're good. Wouldn't say brilliantly remarkable as the grill in the top oven is rubbish and my cheap CDA grill in a single oven in my holiday home in Somerset is much better in comparison.
Both AEG and Neff have good reviews so it might be down to price and design.

Which really recommend AEG appliances Daisy...I've seen many great reviews :)
