WOW! Was the message I sent Philippa when we opened the door to our home. We approached Philippa again after she designed our kitchen a few years ago, to renovate and refurbish our period property home as we hadn’t done anything to it since we moved in 11 years ago and there were rooms we didn’t even use. We both have very busy lives and trusted Philippa and her team to be professional, helpful and easy to work with. Having all the designs and items they had chosen for us on their online dashboard really helped with decision-making and transparency with costings. Their suggestions for moving my tiny office in the top attic to the living room was genius as I now have a stunning library and sofa to watch the sports and movies in my study and moving the living room into the drawing room so it overlooks the garden rather than the drive, was equally transformative. By closing doors and adding new ones the house now feels cohesive, cosy and welcoming and rooms flow naturally from one to another. They identified pieces of art that we really loved and used these as their starting point for our colours and designs – and what they created is a magic blend that incorporates our art, our rugs, and reflects our lives here in the UK and abroad. They have somehow woven it all into a beautiful interior that has quite simply breathed new life into our Victorian home and has given us more than we ever hoped for. As part of their installation and styling service - they not only unpacked seven container boxes for us but even went the extra mile taking time to frame a family tree, colour co-ordinate books in the library and adding flowers for our arrival back home. We’d never have got this result ourselves – they more than exceeded our brief – our home looks amazing, and we love it. Highly recommended!

To say that Philippa knows space is an insult! Philippa's relationship with space is far more magical. I was recently renovating the downstairs of my house which included a complete kitchen remodel. I had contacted kitchen designers from high street brands to small boutique designers. All of them offered me the same boring designs and my builders needed an answer on which wall I was keeping. As a last resort I spoke to Philippa and whipped up an idea to help me make a decision for the builder. Wow! 12 months on my kitchen and downstairs renovations exceed what I'd dreamed of. I wish I had worked with her earlier in the process as it would have saved so much money and heartache. I cannot thank Flippa Interiors enough! What you have created is a home that I love to be in.

Unique Design Experience from Thousand Miles Away I think we are one of the most unusual clients who lived in Hong Kong which is more than 4,000 miles away from the UK and trusted that Flippa Interiors company would do a wonderful job for our new home: Through the early stage of our online communication in Hong Kong, I have found that the company’s design process, aesthetic approach and the professionalism have given me full confident, so I believed the owner Philippa and her team would do a wonderful job to turn our home to a lovely new place in a timely manner. Although we communicated online with the company from a different continent more than one year, we felt so closed to them: Because the team was willing to listen to our needs and paid good attention to details of our living culture. Philippa and Hannah were an absolute pleasure to work with. While most designers would want to own things end to end they had no issues supporting us with the finishing touches in terms of furniture and furnishings, working with our existing choices for kitchens, bathrooms and paint colours. The initial proposal for our main space wasn’t quite right - they took the feedback extremely well and the subsequent proposal was fantastic. They were great at organising samples and helping us visualise the spaces. Having spent a long time trying to figure out the layout of a different space ourselves, Philippa and Hannah came up with something that was perfect first time. From the very start Philippa was professional, creative and sensitive to our needs and preferences, yet she came up with some wonderful designs and ideas that we could never have found ourselves. Her colour psychology questionnaire was particularly useful as were the 3d visualisations she produced. I loved working with Philippa. She was really helpful in designing a new look for my sitting room which had been used as a bedroom for the last few years. I needed a complete re-vamp and she didn't disappoint. There was careful consultation taking account of my colour preferences with her questionnaire. She provided 3D images to showcase the final concept. I didn't have a big budget but she recommended pieces I could afford and provided links to allow me to use discounts which was brilliant. I needed a room that was warm and relaxing, somewhere I could work in the day and feel cozy in the evenings. Philippa ticked all the boxes gave me space to make my own decisions but with her guidance it has all come together beautifully and I'm delighted. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to instruct her in the future.

My wife and I contacted Philippa with a view to renovating the ground floor of our house, now a few years ago. The relatively modest renovation has only just finished, bringing into reality what was her inspired creation. The building work was a nightmare, with all sorts of problems and challenges. Philippa's expertise has really helped with our project, and I really appreciated that she worked incredibly hard to meet our very tight timescales. We didn't have the biggest budget for interior design however we were able to focus that on the aspects we really needed help with, which was mainly space planning. We used Flippa Interiors to help us with the design and decoration of a house we had just purchased. We cannot recommend them too highly. Many original ideas but incorporating our own preferences. Philippa listens which we found so important, therefore nothing precious about ideas which she puts forward, we as the customer, were in charge of the process. She also knows how to work to a budget, without loosing the essence of great design and colour co-ordinations. She is very responsive and put us in touch with great tradesmen. As we were new to the area this was an enormous help. It was important in getting priority to get the job done. Everyone who visits the house comments on its transformation. Philippa did a fantastic job helping us design our new kitchen/living space. As we were in the midst of an extension, the new space had to be very much “imagined”, which Philippa did with ease. The 3D visuals were immensely helpful, and she understood and took on board my rather unconventional requirements for colours. The finished room looks amazing - the paint colours she suggested look fabulous, the different “zones” flow and work really well. We moved into our period house around six months ago and every room is in need of redecoration. Philippa has made this daunting task seem very exciting. She spent hours measuring the dimensions and recording all the quirks in our house and has produced very impressive 3D plans. The plans allow the house to 'flow', whilst giving us storage in places we didn't think viable. Philippa has really listened to what we need as a young family and has given us lots of ideas about quality purchases at reasonable prices that will be childproof! This is the first time we have used an interior designer and we absolutely loved working with Phillipa. We are extremely happy with what we have achieved with Phillipa so far. This was my first time working with an interior designer and I can't rate Flippa interiors highly enough. The service has been professional and meticulous from start to finish. Phillipa brought passion and was bursting with ideas from the offset. The space in question is a holiday let in Oxford so the designs were catered to a tourist market with plenty of embellishments and references to the City. I live out of town so being able to have Flippa manage the entire project was particularly helpful which they did with zero hassle including coordinating the large volume of deliveries and tradesmen. With their experience in hospitality sector they were able to kit out the place with everything guests and service staff require to operate an AirBNB which the management team were very happy about. The results speak for themselves; we just had our first booking and was able to charge a higher rate. I hope to work with them again.

We had a virtual design consultation with Philippa and Sophie which was an interesting experience but we found it worked really well. We completed a questionnaire and send over some pictures, videos and inspiration ideas in advance which meant Philippa could do some research and we were able to spend the consultation productively. We will be using their services again in a few months when we want to more thoroughly design our new kitchen/diner layout.

I have recently enjoyed a 2 hour Virtual Bijou consultation - Philippa really helped and guided me through all aspects, she was very good at listening and interpreting my ideas whilst also introducing me to new things I wouldn’t have thought of. I now have an action plan/blueprint for moving forwards. It was exceptionally easy to set up the ‘virtual’ consultation on line following the links sent even on an iPhone. The visuals were clear and I was able to chat through my ideas and see options on the screen. The questionnaire I was asked to complete prior to the meeting was really useful, setting up the Ideasbook in Houzz was really easy and useful. I was really impressed with the follow up report, mood board and suppliers’ specification and costing list received very swiftly bring together everything discussed. Philippa has just completed a second interior design and fit project for me. The project was completed on time and in budget. As with the first project, Philippa listened to my requests and translated it into a bold and beautiful apartment. There are stunning wallpapers and lighting. Much bolder than I would have thought to use. Great use of colour. An amazing bespoke bookcase with hidden doors to a storage area. Wonderful service. This lovely lady provided a fantastic, all round, professional service. I used Flippa Interiors for a full interior design of a 2 bedroom property. The service included accurate plans of the property being taken, every detail was included. Full colour mood boards and floor plans were provided on A3 quality paper. Philippa also spent a lot of time sourcing all the furniture, wallpaper, paint, fixtures and fitting for the property. This was all included in the price that was quoted (I know that the service they provide can also include all these items being purchased and placed in the property for you). I was incredibly happy and impressed by the service. Philippa has a wonderful style and design skill, she is very knowledgeable about all areas and found me some amazing items for my property. She also came up with a great overall theme for the property that worked extremely well and was clear in her overall vision. Every detail was included.
