I chose this company as, being old fashioned, I like to be able to talk to a person! Janos was so helpful from the start - he explained everything to my husband and me and we are so pleased that we used Stellar Lighting for our purchase. Janos was so easy to contact and sent us detailed instructions / videos etc of how to set up and use the system etc - we couldn’t have done it so easily without him! We love our starry starry night!

I ordered the stellar stair lighting kit after seeing their video on you tube. Must say they have just been fitted and WOW does it look awesome, the quality of the product is faultless am over the moon. I must say I have had customer service like it before either, had regular emails from the company checking everything ok and no problems offering advice if it was needed 10-10 . Can’t wait for lock down to be over so I can show of the stairs in all it’s glory. If anyone is considering going down this route they would do well to find a better company to deal with. The service we received from Stellar Lighting was superb. They couldn't have been more helpful in answering any questions we had and helping us to purchase the ceiling panel best suited to our needs. Delivery was on time and installation was very simple and straight forward. I am absolutely thrilled with this product. At first, I was a bit concerned because the kit was being fitted in a unit which was replacing a fireplace. I had no need to worry. Janos answered all our questions and was very helpful. The service was excellent and Janos kept us up to date with everything. The service was very good. I'd definitely use them again in the future and I would highly recommend to other people

Janos and his partner where great from start to finish and explained all I needed to know about there fibre optic star ceilings and replied promptly to any questions I had. It's always a little bit worrying when you buy a custom unit of this type from a company that isn't a house hold name but I'm glad I did and went with my gut as the product is truly awesome. I ordered there biggest star panel and at nearly 3m long it definitely takes center stage in my cinema/sport room.(See picture) The quality is great and fitting was very simple but we did need 3 guys to fit,2 to hold and 1 to fit it in place just due to itsi size. Jano's also contacted me after purchase to make sure all was well. If you are to order the larger star panel all I would say is to make sure you have a good gang of people to help you in with it,as it is a large beast when delivered, as it comes very well packaged.Ideally 3-4 guys plus driver. Very happy chappy and I'd happily recommend them and use them again in the future. Many thanks David
