We’ve been working with Lucy for over a year now, across multiple projects in our home, some small, some much more substantial, and the experience has been consistently excellent. To date, Lucy has helped us design schemes for our home office, family bathroom, and our children’s bedrooms. She has also supported us through a major home refurbishment covering the kitchen, dining space, utility, social areas, and snug. On that larger project in particular, Lucy’s input was invaluable from the very start. She helped us with the original master planning, exploring different options around internal reconfiguration and extension. This work was incredibly useful and gave us clarity and confidence to move forward with a strong master plan and a clear sense of the fundamentals. From there, Lucy guided us through every aspect of the detailed design, including layouts, furniture, finishes, colours, lighting, windows, and all the many decisions that come with a project of this scale. Every space Lucy has helped us with has turned out beautifully, and we regularly receive compliments on how considered the spaces feel and how well they complement our period home. What really sets Lucy apart, though, is not just the results, but how she works. She is fun, engaging, warm, and empathetic. She takes the time to truly understand us and how we live, is endlessly patient, and handles change brilliantly, even when we changed our minds more than once. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and we will continue to use her in the future. In many ways, Lucy will always be part of our home through what she has helped us create.

We were finally getting our new kitchen and downstairs decorated and I felt completely overwhelmed with the responsibility to choose the right colours, particularly for the kitchen. I decided to seek the help of Lucy, and it was the best thing I could have done! Lucy was so approachable, she really listened to what I wanted and her advice and continued researching for the right colours/lights/design details was absolutely amazing and made the whole process so enjoyable. Lucy goes above and beyond to make sure it is right. I honestly couldn’t have created such a beautiful space without her, everyone comments on how well the colours work and how calming it all feels. I hired Lucy to help with the renovation of our 1980s house (imagine lots of brown motif bathrooms and dingy old carpets) and I could not have been happier with the outcome and experience. I was overwhelmed at the choices of tiling, fittings and colours for bathrooms and bedrooms and Lucy was wonderful at guiding me through such a minefield. I struggled to piece together what it was I was really looking for and felt unable to imagine what it would look like at the end, but Lucy was fantastic in bringing together her ideas and advice with my likes/dislikes and presented a great plan! She also has huge amounts of patience and put up with my many phone calls to discuss and re-discuss it all as it was happening. I am thrilled with the result and recommend her highly!

Lucy was amazing helping me redecorate one of our bedrooms, she put together a moodboard with loads of ideas that meant I could make some simple but really effective changes to uplift the whole space. It made such a difference and I just didn’t have the vision to do it on my own! I will definitely be calling on her help for future projects!
