Whilst a ground floor flat roof extension would appear a simple task ours was complicated by the foundation of the property, and the very restricted access to the site at the rear of the property in a Conservation area.This to say nothing of the fact that the work was carried out during the restrictions imposed as a result of Covid! In addition there was a further extension and rebuilding of the front porch requiring a difficult relocation of services and an unusual roof structure. Also internally the whole of the ground floor was reconfigured with a new kitchen installation and requiring major plumbing diversion and a combination of other trades from electricity to decorating and tiling throughout.. During this work a number of matters needed to be referred Building Control. Nothing was easy and Ross and Peter handled everything very professionally and they clearly had the respect of their sub contractors. We saw detailed estimates of all areas of the work. These were easy to monitor for Stage Payments and there were no surprises at the end of the job. Only very minor snagging and no problems since. In addition our garden patio and walls were returned to their good state by Rococo - Peter’s related landscaping business.

The team were extremely friendly, helpful and reliable. They endeavoured to keep costs to a minimum and always available for updates and to help with my many queries. As a single woman working full time I felt happy knowing Ross and his team were looking after things .

I would highly recommend Ross/Pete and the guys at RP Novo construction in harpenden .. I was very pleased with the final product and they were professional and personable throughout. I will use them again for a further project.

Ross did a fantastic Job installing installing a number of windows at our house. He's very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him and his team.

I used RP Novo for our extension in 2021 and I cannot recommend Ross and his team enough. From the start they were approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The project was completed to a high standard, we were kept updated throughout the project and it was completed within the time frame estimated. I plan on using them for my next extension.

Novo Construction I can't praise the company enough. The team were very professional and extremely tidy workers. They completely gutted and refurbished my home from inside to outside. Every job they completed from painting to fitting new doors was a first class finish. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone who wants a top quality finish.
