Ethos Urban Design LTD

Extremely good quality work, at a very reasonable price. Very personable workmen who were very tidy! Would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

I couldn’t be happier with the bathroom George completed for us. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally, with great attention to detail and a real focus on quality. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and is genuinely top notch. Finding a reliable company for home improvements can be stressful, especially with so many horror stories out there, but George made the whole experience straightforward and hassle-free. He was reliable, professional and took real pride in his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending George to anyone looking for a high-quality, trustworthy bathroom company.

George is brilliant! It’s difficult to find good builders these days but the work he’s done is quality! I recommend Ethos Design.

Excellent work, reliable, honest, great attention to detail. Works clean and efficient and effectively.

We recently hired him for a mix of odd jobs and building work in our home and kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and transparent in his communication. The quality of workmanship was excellent – every detail was finished to a high standard, and he clearly takes pride in his work. What impressed us most was his reliability and honesty. He stuck to the original quote and timeline, with no hidden costs or unexpected delays. It’s rare to find a builder you can truly trust, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you again for a fantastic job!

George Lleshi did a great job for us. The task was to refurbishment of a flat. The team was efficient. I am happy and satisfied with the service. I was amazed by the quality craftsmanship (the one and only George!). However as a negative point, the finished time frame took much longer than expected. My flat looks ver good and all credits go to George. Yes, I will recommend him to achieve your dream house. Thank you handsome x Ana

I was let down badly by another company in the run up to putting my house on the market and I can honestly say that Urban Design were an absolute God send. George was able to rearrange my kitchen layout within 3 days, I needed my worktop replaced , various units moved, a new sink and cooker installed, tiles removed without breakage ( at £20 per tile from fired earth) 2 walls re-plastered and the whole kitchen repainted as well as hallway. They were consistently on time, polite, professional, flexible and with a ‘nothing is too much’ attitude. They went above and beyond to help. I had various other things I needed doing around the house which they also did. The work was flawless, I have already booked him for when I move in to my new house.

George and Dotty have been fantastic, communication was great and they were very understanding of circumstances. George went above and beyond with all the details in the kitchen and it turned out better than I ever could imagined. Would no doubt recommend and use them again in the future.

Dotty and George are awesome. George is excellent at his work. A craftsman. But also his manner. No problem or challenge stresses him. He just laughs and then solves it. Dotty is a brilliant. Great updates and really collaborative. I was left with a mess after someone tried to integrate a wine fridge. Dotty and George stepped in and did a stunning job. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Performed a full electrical upgrade to ensure a fully passing EICR (which also resolved a number of issues caused by another electrician) and then repainted and decorated throughout. Quick, efficient and tidy with regular updates on how the work was progressing. Also identified some items which I'd forgotten about and provided useful suggestions and advice - some of which reduced my costs and reduced the complexity of work required. We recently had our kitchen completely redone, walls ripped out and rebuilt plus new skirting and flooring. We were really happy with the result and our home looks fantastic! We love our new kitchen especially, so warm and cosy but mixed with the beautiful modern lighting. Dotty was really helpful throughout the process, I had some ideas of what I wanted but it was great to get her opinion on what she thought would work well and gave us ideas of ways to use the space that we had not thought of.
