George Lleshi did a great job for us. The task was to refurbishment of a flat. The team was efficient. I am happy and satisfied with the service. I was amazed by the quality craftsmanship (the one and only George!). However as a negative point, the finished time frame took much longer than expected. I was let down badly by another company in the run up to putting my house on the market and I can honestly say that Urban Design were an absolute God send. George was able to rearrange my kitchen layout within 3 days, I needed my worktop replaced , various units moved, a new sink and cooker installed, tiles removed without breakage ( at £20 per tile from fired earth) 2 walls re-plastered and the whole kitchen repainted as well as hallway. They were consistently on time, polite, professional, flexible and with a ‘nothing is too much’ attitude. They went above and beyond to help. I had various other things I needed doing around the house which they also did. The work was flawless, I have already booked him for when I move in to my new house.

George and Dotty have been fantastic, communication was great and they were very understanding of circumstances. George went above and beyond with all the details in the kitchen and it turned out better than I ever could imagined. Would no doubt recommend and use them again in the future.

Dotty and George are awesome. George is excellent at his work. A craftsman. But also his manner. No problem or challenge stresses him. He just laughs and then solves it. Dotty is a brilliant. Great updates and really collaborative. I was left with a mess after someone tried to integrate a wine fridge. Dotty and George stepped in and did a stunning job. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Let me tell you why you should hire Ethos Urban Design without any doubts for any kind of work! We've hired this company for bathroom renovation and ended up renovating the whole flat. After speaking several times on the phone and in person, we were reassured that they are knowledgeable, professional and really care about the job they do, which is important given you're inviting someone into your home. We've totally put our trust in their team, gave the keys and left the property as we had a newborn baby at that time. Dotty and George are a dream team! George is a man of few words but surely he's an absolute pro and knows his stuff! He was very helpful with any questions or advice we needed. Superb attention to detail, George is excellent at problem-solving, you can tell he's been in the industry for a long time! He has builded a number of custom made bathroom cabinets, and suggested very creative changes to our design, which turned out to be the best, elegant and efficient solutions! She can find the best deals which saves you money, replies to your query within minutes, has an excellent taste and will deal with any problems with ease and elegance! Dotty has a warm parsonality and she was an absolute joy to spend time with. The team did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond so they can complete the project in very short time frame and were incredibly professional. They showed up on time, worked extremely hard, were discreet and cleaned up! For the amount of work they did on the flat, the price they charged was very reasonable and fair. We were also happy with how all the estimates, costs, and contracts were very transparent. We are more than happy and grateful for all the work they've done and couldn't reccomend them enough!

When I moved to a new property, many things needed rénovation. Ethos provided great services. Georges in particular demonstrated various skills and I can say that I am a very happy customer. He work’s ethic and attention to details are on point. I will recommend Ethos without hesitation.

We have had the best experience one can possibly have with Ethos and have had George come back time and time again as we update and upgrade our home. Difficult Plumbing, electrical work (from installing radiators and smart thermostats) to on-the-spot design suggestions and solutions. Both Dotty and George are pleasant and professional people. I renovated my entire flat and throughout the works I received positive and useful suggestions from George and Dotty which had a very useful impact at the end. Ethos designed and installed a bespoke summer house for us to include a fully sound proof music room and sauna. Their attention to detail and quality of finish are second to none. We've had lots of work done over the years and I can honestly say that this has been the smoothest build with great communication, a great price, minimal materials wastage and finished to time. It's been a pleasure and stress free process having my new fitted kitchen and bathroom fitted by George, his workmanship is detailed and neat, I was given great advice that helped me maximise my space, that gave me more than I could ever imagine. Performed a full electrical upgrade to ensure a fully passing EICR (which also resolved a number of issues caused by another electrician) and then repainted and decorated throughout. Quick, efficient and tidy with regular updates on how the work was progressing. Also identified some items which I'd forgotten about and provided useful suggestions and advice - some of which reduced my costs and reduced the complexity of work required. Very happy with the resulting work and absolutely would use again.

We recently had our kitchen completely redone, walls ripped out and rebuilt plus new skirting and flooring. We were really happy with the result and our home looks fantastic! We love our new kitchen especially, so warm and cosy but mixed with the beautiful modern lighting. Dotty was really helpful throughout the process, I had some ideas of what I wanted but it was great to get her opinion on what she thought would work well and gave us ideas of ways to use the space that we had not thought of.
