We are very happy and thoroughly impressed with Thibault's work, we couldn't recommend him enough. His attention to detail and exacting standards along with an eye for design is what we were after. He was attentive to our needs and engaged with us throughout the process, constantly updating us with his progress, bringing up ideas to make sure we are happy with the result. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted, no compromises.

We were very please with the service from start to end. Thibault was always supper attentive and worked with us to bring up ideas until we decided on the final project. He met all his deadlines as promised at the start and during installation he was super organised and tidy. I can’t recommend him more.

Lumpp Artisans was recommended to me to build and fit a kitchen and to renew a staircase. I couldn't choose a design and didn't know where to start. I was really surprised. I met Thibault and he spent an afternoon discussing options and materials. I spent a year deliberating but in one afternoon I had my kitchen planned! Thibault keep me in the loop, he kept bang on time and I was expecting 'hidden costs'. There were none. I had previously had an extension to my house and problem after problem etc. I cannot believe the standard of my kitchen- I wish I had come across his company before. I also had the ugliest pine staircase and it was transformed without having to fully renew it. He was tidy and quiet as him and the other joiner worked. He is a rare find.

Thibault has designed and built 3 items for me, a shelving unit, internal design and modification of a storage cupboard and addition units and storage for an existing kitchen design. I was so impressed by Thibault. He was prompt, competitively priced and was really particular about the standard of his work. He mocked up my kitchen on his computer and gave me design options which really helped me to visualise what could work. He created additional storage cupboards and breakfast bar- you would never know this was not within the original design only much better built!!
