As a newcomer to the UK with limited communication skills, I was under immense stress when I first encountered a water leakage issue in my apartment. Fortunately, I had the great fortune of working with Unity Development Group. Elliot provided invaluable assistance by coordinating with the management company, resulting in a prompt repair of the apartment roof. After receiving my insurance claim, restoration work began promptly on Monday morning, during which another leak was discovered and efficiently addressed. The team worked with exceptional efficiency and professionalism, patiently explaining the cause of the leaks to me and completing a comprehensive waterproofing job. Every member of his team was incredibly kind, patient in communication, and demonstrated a high level of responsibility. They handled every detail with care and completed the work to an outstanding standard. No matter the size of the request, they gave it full attention and dedication, ensuring the best possible outcome. Unity Development Group is the most reliable company I have encountered since arriving in the UK, and I am truly grateful to them.

We have recently worked with Unity for various renovation and home building projects one after the other in the run up to my second child, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is great. Every detail was meticulously handled, and this is now evident in every corner of our home where they were. What really stood out to me was how lovely the Unity team was. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They made sure to consider our needs and preferences at every step of the process. Having young children in the house during time pressured renovations can be challenging, but Unity made it a breeze. They were very considerate of our family’s routine and went out of their way to minimise disruptions. The team was always focused on our needs, ensuring that the home environment was safe and comfortable for us as a family. We had a complicated electrical installation to handle too, which involved lots of brainstorming and they managed to make it work better than we expected. Overall, I highly recommend Unity for any renovation or home building needs. Their dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction is truly admirable. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! I initially had an electrical fault to my garage which they fixed up for me back in January but I was impressed with how professional they were and gave them a huge to do list. This included taking out a chimney breast, re-plastering, joinery work (building bespoke cupboards), repointing, creating panelling in my hallway (wainscoting), removing cladding from stairs and re-carpeting. They've even sorted out putting up curtain tracks, shelves and built flat pack for me. I'm not sure if there's anything they don't do but I found being able to have just one contractor sort everything made my life so much easier. Lovely bunch of guys, really professional and filled me with confidence that the job would be done well and on time. The delivered every time. As I said- can definitely recommend!

We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!
