“Potter Construction did a major condo remodel for me in West Seattle in 2025. From the beginning, the experience was fantastic, and so were the results. Gary Potter and his staff worked closely with me to develop a detailed master plan, including significant electrical and plumbing upgrades, and then I worked with their in-house designer to select the flooring, bath and kitchen fixtures and tile, cabinets, quartz countertops, molding and trim, electric fireplace, etc. Her suggestions were always on-the-mark. Once construction began, I always knew what was on the schedule. The lead carpenter met with me weekly and consulted whenever there was a question. He is a true perfectionist with an amazing eye for detail. Gary and his staff were always easily available for consultations, too. Potter’s sub-contractors were also first-rate. The finished condo is absolutely beautiful, and just what I wanted. A great design that was perfectly executed.”

“Craig and his team remodeled our combined bathroom / laundry room. We converted our bathroom into and ADA compliant space in case one of us every finds ourselves in a wheelchair. This was a down to the studs remodel that included extensive work from multiple trades; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, glass, cabinetry, sheetrock. The new bathroom has a tile shower and floor, a bidet, and pocket doors for privacy and sound deadening from the laundry area. The contractors arrived when they said they would. They did their work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. In a word it turned out beautifully. I have other projects around my house and I expect to reach out to Silver Peak again.”

“We've been working to remodel our 1968 home for almost 15 years, since we purchased it.
