“When the pandemic started almost two years ago, the most devastating impact was nursing homes. We have retired older parent in their late 70’ lives in another state and we all agree that best is for them to move and be with us instead of nursing home. We started searching for builder who could take on a conversion of our pool house to a full ADU unit that would be best accommodate our parent current living and future assist living situation. After intensive search and met with several builders we found IND in Houzz website, I made a call to set up appointment to get someone over for project estimate. The most friendly voice answered the phone; Cynthia was so professional and super helpful with setting up the appointment with her “best project manager”, she stated. A couple of weeks later we met with Avi Levanon ; his professionalism, very well knowledge of construction, sincere efforts, help seal the deal, IND is our builder to take on the challenge of ADU project for us. As of today about two week before our project will be completely finished, we are so please with Avi and the construction crews, Avi always start with a clear communication explaining every steps along the way no surprise even through we have a few unexpected things happened as part of nature of construction, Avi steps in advises us with best solution, idea and ensures smoothness of the process. As project going on concerns and stage of payments are part of the process, I thought this would be a stress side of construction process, unexpectedly IND office manager, Gina Cada who handle and communicate the financial side of the project is so helpful, she have such a great positive energy and flexible in working with us on a difference form of payment that workable for us each time. We knew in two weeks our project will be completed and our parent will have a wonderful, functional and lovely place to stay and enjoy their retirement life here with us. Thank you team IND for building with heart ♥️ and make this project become reality and less stressful as much as possible for us. “I hired Hollywood Builders for a full kitchen remodel. Eli was able to look at photos of kitchens or parts of kitchens I like and came up with a design that was a great starting point. What I appreciated was how he was able to understand my style almost immediately. During the actual remodel, I was most impressed with just how quickly and easily any small mistakes (and they do happen) were rectified. The final product was just amazing! It looks great, but the best feeling was unpacking all my boxes full of kitchen stuff and finding that everything had it’s place, every drawer was used well, and there were no awkward or odd spaces that I wished I had done something different with. This kitchen is super functional and a pure joy to cook in and show off to my with family and friends.”
