From the initial discussions through to completion I felt supported throughout. Plenty of sound insights and advice offered. It’s never an easy process and it was a challenge camping in another room with minimal facilities. However, the end result is outstanding. “From the very beginning, Andy and Aud were absolutely brilliant. We didn't really know exactly what we wanted from our extension, it's only taken us 20 years of debating and procrastinating between my husband and I and finally we found Andy and Aud who listened to our endless chatter about putting together an extension plan. They took all of the pressure off us and guided us through the process with patience and expertise. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they identified things we would never have thought about ourselves. We went through several design iterations, and they worked closely with us until we arrived at a solution that was not only beautiful but also practical and perfectly suited to the way we live. Our son loves his new bedroom, which wasn't in our initial plans and my kitchen is my dream, my husband got his 'man cave' and our daughter is living her best life inviting her friends round for dinner, drinks and fun. That made the whole process run much more smoothly and gave us real confidence that we were in safe hands. “Our conversion of an old style kitchenette and DIY conservatory into a modern bright kitchen with an inside-out patio and floor was tricky. However, TTS came up with several brilliant solutions that were both practical and innovative in their design. Not only that, but they were a joy to work with - really nice people. What came across to me was their in-depth professionalism. If you are looking for a team that don't deal in the mundane then I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. In choosing them we were conscious of price, but we also wanted architects we could trust and who seemed to be keen on the job. I have had terrible experiences with architects in the past, not being able to get a hold of them for weeks and so on. When TTS came round to assess and bid for the job, they took more time than anyone else, asked more questions, and made more suggestions. Most of the others turned up, listened for a few minutes, had a quick squint at the site, and then headed off as quickly as they could. We now have a stunning development that has added tens of thousands to the value of our home as well as giving us a fantastic space to live in. I suppose the acid test was that our 20 year old daughter was incredibly keen to invite round all her pals for food!”
