“We were unlucky enough to have a fire at our house in 2023, which meant we had to undertake a complete renovation. Our luck changed when Ivana at IPM was recommended to us as a project manager. She sourced a builder and an artictect for us and acted throughout the lengthy process as our liaison with them and with other parties. It was an intense and time consuming period, but Ivana took away the headaches (and heartaches) by handling the day-to-day management, and keeping a close eye on the reconstruction and decoration with regular visits to the property to ensure the work was being undertaken in line with the agreed schedule and specifications.
