Susie’s vision and attention to detail stood out. She reconfigured the entire layout by moving walls to create a much more spacious and functional flow, including a stunning walk-in wardrobe. The design itself is beautiful. The bedroom is now comfortable and elegant, while the ensuite bathroom brings an industrial style that feels modern, unique, and incredibly well executed. Every material, finish, and fixture was thoughtfully chosen and perfectly installed. The teams of builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators and carpenters Susie selected were genuinely all lovely and a pleasure to have in my home. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Taking into account all the things I knew I didn’t like and helping me choose pieces that I now love. “Phil was the interior designer for my recent 5 bed whole house refurbishment. He oversaw everything from layouts, kitchen design, sourcing and procuring all fixtures through to interior schemes. As my property was outside of the radius of where he can project manage, he worked closely with the project manager to resolve plenty of issues without having to involve too much of my time. He is very organised, and kept very clear lists of fixtures that had and hadn’t been ordered with transparent pricing / discount.
