“Sam project managed the renovation of our new home, which included removing a wall, installing new flooring, wallpapering, painting, lighting design, plumbing, a new kitchen, and extensive bespoke joinery. He was exceptional—not only as a project manager but also as a designer. I’ve completed renovations before and worked with another project manager, but this was by far the smoothest experience we’ve ever had. Renovating your home is a significant and deeply personal undertaking, yet Sam made the entire process feel seamless. He is an efficient and competent project manager. He ran a thorough procurement process with a clearly defined scope, ensuring everyone understood exactly what was expected. He kept me in the loop, but didn’t involve me unnecessarily. For example, if an issue was minor and easily resolved, he dealt with it efficiently without unnecessary disruption; if it was more significant, he kept me informed and involved. He was also consistently on site, providing regular oversight and ensuring everything stayed on track. His attention to detail is second to none. He identified more snagging issues than I did and held every contractor to a high standard. Nothing was overlooked, and he was relentless in making sure the finished product met the quality it should. As a designer, Sam took my vision and elevated it. He created a home that feels cohesive, thoughtful, and beautifully finished. Rather than overwhelming me with endless options, he carefully curated ideas and samples, making decisions enjoyable and straightforward. Most importantly, I always felt Sam was representing my interests. He was honest, transparent, and never accepted poor workmanship. I’ve had previous experiences of being told, “It’s meant to be like that,” when it clearly wasn’t. Sam would always investigate thoroughly, research if necessary, and make sure everything was done properly. He earned my complete trust, and that’s invaluable when it’s your home. He also saved us a considerable amount of money. Rather than replacing our entire kitchen, I hoped we could clad the existing cabinetry. Sam sourced a fantastic online company that supplied oak doors. Without his expertise, I would never have had the confidence to navigate an online store, and wouldn’t know how to pick the oak finish. However he facilitated the whole thing. The end result looks phenomenal at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Sam more highly. If I ever renovate again, he’ll be my first call. Thank you, Sam—you’ve been outstanding.”

“Romilly absolutely transformed the ground floor of our house, which was in much need of love and attention. She very cleverly took inspiration from pieces we already had, and used these as a springboard to redesign our living room, den and hallway. Having captured our taste perfectly, she sourced so many gorgeous things, including brilliant ebay finds which she had re-upholstered, Vinterior treasures, and one off lamps and tables that we absolutely adore. She was very clear with her prices, worked to our budget, and for us provided project management of the renovation itself (this was an extra fee but well worth it). Finally, she was a delight to have around, and we missed her so much when the job ended. Would absolutely recommend her - we continue to enjoy her brilliant work every single day (nearly three years on!).”
