“Mark is a lovely guy who helped us with a large renovation in a Victorian house. Through the design stage, building control and even when the builders hit the odd snag and I needed input in potential design changes, Mark was helpful and responsive throughout. His technical input was always on point and he was very helpful in delivering what appeared to be a fairly straightforward build but was actually more complex "below the surface" with plenty of walls being removed, lots of steels being used etc in an old house. He was very helpful in balancing off our design demands with the need to bring the house up to current regs and satisfy conservation control at the same time. The work is almost complete but very happy with how things have gone.”

Paul's designs hugely elevated what we would have otherwise done including moving the stairs, having a double height entrance, adding a kitchen bar with bi-fold windows, and making a fantastic flow through the house. I've only really appreciated how expert his designs were once we're living in it, and getting compliments on other things which weren't even part of our brief (e.g. ceiling heights, change of window positions for better vistas etc), but so glad someone was thinking about these bits as they make the house.
