The first was a total cosmetic redo of living room, dining room, bedrooms and halls, including new plastered ceilings, new floors, new baseboards, crown molding and door molding and new paint. Sean also designed and built a custom built-in bookcase and fireplace mantle. The most recent project was a total kitchen and laundry room remodel, including new electrical panel and wiring, new custom cabinets and counter top, new floors, new pantry and all new appliances and sink.
