Ivana offered a procurement service and for the larger items I took advantage of this to reduce my stress with coordination and logistics. Ivana was also able to provide me with a contact for a builder she has worked with on previous projects, this worked out well as otherwise it was another service I would need to find time identifying. Ivana answered all of my questions and concerns, including suggestions that I had not considered. She was able to advice why changes I was considering may not be the best for the aesthetics of the room. She was very clear that her suggestions on colour and furniture were just suggestions and to show sizing/fit of the items; that I could reject any suggestion and could purchase items myself without the need to use her procurement service. I would not hesitate to use Ivana for any other design project and provide her details to friends and family who may need the service”
