“I engaged Pearl Remodeling to update 2 baths and a bedroom in my home. I have never engaged in a remodeling project before and I wanted the job to be completed as soon as possible. Ben, my contractor, promised it would be completed in a timely manner. He walked through the enire plan in advance and the remodeling costs were very reasonable. Pearl Remodeling deliverd on the promise. The entire job was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the work and the attention to every request and detail was excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Pearl Remodeling to anyone needing a high quality, valuable experience by conscientious professionals at every part of the remodeling process.”

“We considered 3 bids for the complete gut and remodel of our kitchen and Jonathan/Metropolis was the best of the bunch. Not the lowest bid but not the highest and super fair and reasonable. It was worth every penny. Jonathan worked with us from day one with a professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and collaborative attitude. He understands all aspects of design and construction -- plumbing, electrical, structural, cabinetry and finishes and worked in a timely fashion and never left the job needlessly incomplete. Jonathan was constantly in contact with us and an excellent communicator. His subcontractors were polite and neat with their work as well. I would highly recommend Jonathan and his team from Metropolis for any remodel or construction work and will most definitely work with him again.”

“I had a great experience with American Home Improvement Inc. I needed some work done on my bathroom, and they replaced the toilet and sink, installed a medicine cabinet, and put up new tile. The best part was that they were able to do it in one day. They sent David over who was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and made sure everything was done right. He even helped me pick out the tile color! The price was reasonable too! After seeing how much better my bathroom looks now, I'm thinking about having them help me with other projects around the house too!”
