“Mary Jack is such a pleasure to work with. I interviewed several designers in early 2020 to help with the complete remodel of our 1980’s home and I knew immediately that she was the right person. We have been having fun tackling the main floor of the house including dining room, living room, front hall, powder room and kitchen. Everything is transformed from very dark and dated to a brighter, timeless look. She took the time to help us identify our style and our needs. She also identified the home’s architectural assets and liabilities and successfully made our ceilings look higher! Mary knows where to invest in high quality and where it makes sense to go a little more practical with our young kids in mind. She worked absolute magic in the kitchen and knew just what elements to keep and which to change. Being able to save our gorgeous, but slightly eccentric, countertops was a design decision that paid off both in style and budget. Saving the countertops allowed us to have a beautiful custom designed marble mosaic above the range. The exterior was an equally dated late 70’s/early 80’s tudor-style. Mary had perfect solutions for the exterior as well. Updated colors for the exterior of the home, including roof and gutters, have earned us many compliments from the neighbors. Mary was even there with advice when I wasn’t sure what color annuals to plant around our front porch. We look forward to working with Mary in the coming year to finish our family room and then proceed to the upstairs of the home. We can’t wait to see what Mary has in store for us!”

“Total kitchen remodel (to the studs!): I can't say enough good things about the overall planning, design and project execution for our full kitchen remodel. Chip was kind, patient and thoughtful in helping us figuring out what exactly we even wanted (we were clueless). He has a certain style that I can't describe but to say he is a genius designer and a good guy. I broke my shoulder right before the onsite project began, so I worked from home every day the crew was in my house and witnessed them firsthand. They were A+... efficient, diligent, great communications. One key take-away I had was in Chip's ability to attract and retain such a talented team. Really good skilled tradesmen and construction workers are in VERY short supply - they can work for whoever they choose. These guys were top performers in their trade in every aspect and chose Chip. I think that says a lot. I will add some photos of our kitchen - I might be biased but I think it is dreamy. I totally love it...”
