Totally amazing finish. If was a challenging path to blend tiles new to old in 2 places. It was a real renovation task. No other company would do it as if was a challenge but they guys made it look easy. The path looks brilliant and all the neighbours comment on the finish. Great job.

Excellent communication from all departments especially the design team who were able to offer us a number of design options to improve the hallway. Initially, we were unfortunate enough to select the wrong tiler to carry out the installation of our hallway tiles and due to poor workmanship had to remove them. London Mosaic (LM) were very helpful finding us a skilled tiler and and ensuring we had all we needed to complete our hallway. LM went above and beyond the normal level of customer service we had expected to ensure we were able to realise our vision. Would highly recommend London Mosaic and will no doubt use them again.

Decided to tile our greenhouse floor. Contacted London Mosaic who provided useful technical advice and were extremely helpful in designing the pattern. The tiles were delivered by the agreed delivery date and they arrived safely having been extremely well wrapped. The tiles were easy to lay (most of the pattern was pre-sheeted) and we are delighted with the result. London Mosaic were extremely easy to deal with and were a great help with their professional knowledge. We would be happy to use them again and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a path that was dangerous and slippy when wet which we inherited with our house. It took us a number of years to ‘do the front’ but one of the best things was London Mosaic. It’s an Edwardian house we live in and we wanted to get a path that would have been made at the time the house was built. Having a few centimetres of the old original path, we knew what design to get. London Mosaic were instrumental in getting our dream path! We had builders in and they laid it exactly to the quirky measurements we gave London Mosaic as our path is not equal in length on each side and there were gate pillars to tend with too. All said and done, we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Thank you London Mosaic!

Excellent service. Liberty worked with us providing visuals and advice. Tiles were ready I’m time and with all the necessary info so that they could be easily installed. We used one of their recommended installers (Surrey Ceramics) who were very reliable. Tiles look great. Definitely recommend London Mosaic. Not the cheapest, but definitely a very good product and great service.

We contacted London Mosaic to see whether they could provide the encaustic tiles needed for a specific design we wanted for our Fulham Victorian house path. This was a design we couldn’t find as a ready-made pattern, because our path is quite short, and we also wanted the tiles to match the colour of the house’s gaunt bricks. We had tried a couple of other places, and they couldn’t provide, in ready-made sheets, the specific colours we needed for our chosen pattern. Dan, at London Mosaic, was extremely helpful from the very beginning. He replied to my initial query speedily and fully. He explained that one of the colours would have to be ordered from the pottery, which we agreed to. Although the pottery took longer than expected to produce the tiles, Dan always kept us informed of the progress of the order. As soon as London Mosaic received the tiles, they delivered them to us straightaway. Dan was also very helpful when we asked him to recommend a tiler specialising in laying Victorian-style tiles. The local tiler he recommended was excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We recommend London Mosaic warmly and without any reservation.

Recommended. Very helpful input on design options. When there appeared to be insufficient tiles in the packs sent to complete the agreed design, LM provided and delivered additional tiles required very quickly in order to complete the design (and at no extra charge). Very happy with the results.

We used London Mosaic to supply the hall floor and front path for our Lincoln Road project. They provided excellent service and a top quality product. The hall floor was custom produced to re-create the original design that was too badly damaged to save. We highly recommend London Mosaic and will happily work with them again in the future.

London Mosaic have offered a consistent professional courteous service. We have in the past taken pictures of existing rare and unusual Victorian mosaic designs in London and they have managed to make up excellent replicas. Very knowledgeable staff always happy to help really good customer service, highly recommend.
