Founded in 2004, Cochrane Design provides a comprehensive design, architecture and development service for private clients, developers, hoteliers and investors throughout the UK and abroad. CEO and Creative Director, Sean Cochrane, and our dedicated team of talented designers handle all aspects of design, coordination, installation and dressing. Every detail is carefully considered from space planning to lighting, bespoke joinery and cabinetry, furniture and soft furnishings. Through careful consideration of our clients’ requirements, we strive to deliver a personalised service of outstanding quality. Our attitude and commitment have resulted in many prestigious awards as well as regular features in the UK and international interiors press. Architecture – We work closely with experienced architects possessing a wealth of knowledge on both listed and new buildings to conduct measured surveys, produce drawings and acquire planning permissions to reconfigure space and transform both interiors and exteriors. Interior design – Each design is individually tailored to deliver creative and beautiful solutions for each client. Using our extensive expertise and experience as well as our relationships with the finest suppliers and craftsmen in the industry we handle all elements of design including cabinetry, joinery, lighting, furniture and soft furnishings, kitchen and bathroom design, audio-visual and landscaping. Project Coordination – We work closely with highly skilled architectural and construction associates, overseeing every step of the design journey from conception to completion handling procurement, installation and styling. Development and Investment – Working both domestically within the UK and Internationally on a variety of projects from multiunit residential through to concept, design and management of hotels. We implement the entire process from planning and construction through to consultation on recruitment and management moving forward.
