Firstly a massive thank you the team at KCA for all their help and walking us the through the process step by step from initial concepts through to the final installment. They made the whole process stress free for ourselves working with our builders to ensure everything was ready for the kitchen install with all the wiring and plumbing exactly where it needed to be. We are so pleased with our kitchen and the way it blends in with our open plan area at the heart of the house. Another massive thank you goes out to our Fitter from KCA - Matt, he was so hard working and professional throughout the install. He kept us informed through the process on what was happening and always tidied up after himself. He took the time at the end of the install to talk through how everything worked and that we were happy with the installation. A special mention to Katie who managed the whole project for us, having visited a few kitchen planners, Katie at KCA was the one we felt really understood what we were looking to do but also had lots of ideas and suggestions for things we had not thought of which made our kitchen even better. I have recently had a kitchen fitted by kca. From the moment I met Katie to discuss design until the completion of my kitchen. I was kept up to date with timescales, deliveries and installation. The whole experience was very positive and I now have a kitchen that is perfect for me.

Our new kitchen by KCA is now complete and we are delighted ! We started our project speaking with a small number of recommended firms who provided ideas and quotes. Most offered to upgrade the kitchen around our current layout as per our initial guidance. KCA challenged us to consider adjustments to make it work better and applied a "designer eye" to meet our brief of bringing the "outside in" and connect to other spaces using a range of complementary colours and materials. The graphics helped Wendy visualise the proposal and with the price being fair we went ahead. KCA provided a clear brief to the company which removed the old kitchen and adjusted the plumbing, electrics, flooring and wall vents. The clarity kept inevitable interface issues to a minimum. The installation by KCA was quick, to a high standard and completed on schedule. The units were made in Germany, are of good quality and there were no issues fitting them as planned. The worktops look great and were well fitted by a specialist team. Any issues were resolved efficiently and we are very pleased at the quality of the workmanship. We are happy to recommend KCA. Most companies can offer efficient layouts and quality units. Many of these firms are also able to provide a quality installation. KCA are able to combine these critical elements with great design.

The team at KCA are extremely professional & helpful. They offered great advice at the outset of the kitchen design and communicated well throughout, updating on progress. The kitchen fitter was amazing, professional, attention to detail and worked to a high quality of detail. Overall couldn’t recommend KCA more highly!

We looked at a few kitchen companies when looking for our new Kitchen, Bar and Utility room and have to say KCA stood out from the start. Whilst many companies try and tempt you with huge discounts, when you look at the bottom line of quality of product, level of service and bespoke nature of what KCA offers, then KCA for sure is the best deal ! Exceptional service across the whole team, including the installers and a special call out for Sam Coventry our main contact and kitchen designer who has a great eye for detail and designed an amazing kitchen for us with a real wow factor ! Thanks so much to KCA for a beautiful kitchen. Katie our designer, was a joy to work with, from our first conversation she took the time to listen and take onboard what we were looking for. Katie came around to see the existing space and look at how we could better utilise the space for the kitchen/living area. To say it was a challenge might be an understatement but she designed a beautiful kitchen, completely flipping the area coming up with an innovative beautiful space to entertain and cook in. The design process was painless with Katie and KCA. The team always listened to any concerns we had and kept us informed every step of the way. The installation process was completed using a great team who kept the site tidy at all times and most importantly it was installed and commissioned on time. Katie and the team at KCA were excellent from start to finish and we are so very pleased with the result. The design looks great and the materials are all obviously very high quality. The fitters were also very thorough and reliable and the job was completed within the timescales promised. KCA were brilliant at planning, designing, delivering and fitting my new kitchen. A great range of choices from units, worktops, splashbacks, taps and appliances. Helpful, friendly staff all the way through the project. Excellent service all round. I would highly recommend them.

OUTSTANDING!! When writing this review I decided to use the word “outstanding”; right from the start KCA "stood out" from of the rest of the kitchen companies that I contacted. The moment we made contact with KCA, initially via their website, they were quick to respond with a telephone call and the magic began to unfold. During our first consultation with Sophie, the design consultant, she was more than willing to work within our budget and help to create our dream kitchen. During the consultation period we found that Sophie listened very carefully and understood exactly what we wanted. We set out all our needs and Sophie quickly came back to us with a three dimensional graphic of the proposed kitchen. Once again, I found this service to be superior to other companies, who took time to draw up a plan and then submitted hand drawn sketches which were difficult to visualise. The computer graphics very quickly generated a “real life” look and feel of our kitchen. From this, we were able to make changes and come up with the final design. During this time nothing was too much for Sophie, she changed colours, plans, surfaces, handles and drawers around, all the while providing valuable advice and showing endless patience. Once the final plan was competed, Sophie came out to re-measure, she liaised with the builders, produced the technical plans and her attention to detail was meticulous. KCA also has a rigorous system of checking all components of the kitchen before installation takes place which we found to be very reassuring. KCA were also most helpful in “ individualising” our experience as we needed a fridge brought in a couple of months before installation. Sophie and Mel took care of this with ease and our fridge was ordered, delivered and installed. Once installation started, Mel kept us up to date with the deliveries and installation dates all the way through. Working with Matt, the kitchen fitter, was a pleasure and his workmanship was excellent. Outstanding to the end- KCA paid attention to the smaller details and have shown brilliant after sales service, coming out to complete “ snags” and make any changes we requested. A special thank you to Sophie who has shown exceptional customer service, helping me with colours, my choice of lights, where to source light bulbs and kitchen stools- nothing was too much to ask!! She made to entire experience exciting and an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend KCA- they were outstanding!!!!!!
