Neil was extremely patient and helpful, as our plans changed, when the building work progressed. Him being in the showroom in Frome, made everything very easy. His design was practical but with some added creative flare and the finished result was perfect. Kutchenhaus kept us informed at all stages, delivered on time and remedied the minor faults, straightaway without a fuss. Rob then followed up , during and after the fitting and made sure that we were happy customers. We would definitely recommend Kutchenhaus to anyone thinking about planning a new kitchen.

Ben, Jodi, and the entire team at Kütchenhaus Bath were exceptional from start to finish. From our initial meeting, Ben carefully listened to our ideas and translated them into a space that truly reflects everything we had hoped for—homely and inviting, yet highly practical, with every inch thoughtfully utilised. As part of the project, we undertook a rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Naturally, challenges arose along the way, but Ben and the team handled everything with calm professionalism, never losing sight of the overall vision. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, finished to the highest standard. Every design element is both functional and purposeful, making it a pleasure to use day in and day out. Due to the timing of the build, our own builders fitted the kitchen just before Christmas, as schedules were tight and evolving. Even they commented that, despite fitting many kitchens over the years, this one stood out for its impeccable design detail and the straightforward assembly process. The kitchen is truly the heart of our home, and it was essential for us that it would be built to last. As a Michelin-starred chef, I am particularly attentive to detail, and this kitchen meets those expectations on every level. The whole experience of having Kütchenhaus in Bath design my kitchen was a joy. Ben and I met a couple of times at the showroom and during my visits he took the time to understand my taste and space requirements, suggesting elements and adapting as the design evolved. He undertook a home visit quickly and efficiently, which was followed up with a survey by a very experienced local fitter who provided a really reasonable quote. The final design is an absolute beauty and perfectly reflects what I’d hoped for in my new home. I really can’t recommend highly enough the quality of the product and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service provided by the Bath Kütchenhaus team.

From initial design to the ordering process (and changing the arrival date many times due to builders) through to the delivery and ease of the install - our independent installer said it was one of the easiest he’d done all year. Kutchenhaus Bristol have been brilliant from start to finish. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped for thanks to Elliott. He has great ideas, enthusiasm and knowledge, and thinks really carefully about both the aesthetic and ergonomic aspects. Elliott is so patient and listened really carefully to the specific things we wanted/needed for our kitchen and utility room, and all of these were incorporated in his designs. As our house build went on, Elliott was very responsive and liaised really well with our builders and came up with solutions really quickly when our room dimensions had to slightly change, which made something that should have been stressful feel totally manageable. Patrick and the project management team were great, they were flexible in adjusting delivery dates with our build and Patrick was really responsive in helping sort out any issues. The kitchen looks fantastic, it’s just how we pictured it, we’re really pleased with the quality and design of the units and appliances, and we feel it’s very good value. We could not rate the team at Kutchenhaus Bristol highly enough. They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Elliott's knowledge and design skills are fantastic. He is so good at what he does - he has amazing design skills, is thorough and patient; we are thrilled with the finished result. The whole process from design through to installation could not be faulted. The communication from the team is excellent. Everyone who you come into contact with is so helpful and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble. Patrick oversaw all the practicalities, liaising with our builder and going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Elliott also continued to be on hand to help with design tweaks. Nothing was too much trouble. Danny our kitchen fitter was equally dedicated and hard working and very skilled - and a great guy to have around! The best bit about this team is that they seem to love what they do and are so dedicated - they really want to do their job well and are always smiling and positive!
