Warren French Interiors did a fantastic job on my beach house in Holywell Bay, decorating the living spaces, four bedrooms, dining area and study. It's just great, "will use again", they were flexible around my thoughts, open to my ideas, super efficient, kept me in the loop and up-to-date while I was based several hours away and I could just trust them to get on with the project. They also have a deep local understanding of the local Cornish property and holiday market, local contractors for bits of work that I never thought of at the outset and if anything needed doing, either design or general property stuff, I could trust them to get it sorted out. I recommend them highly.

We have recently worked with Warren French on a complete re-fit of our holiday apartment. We wanted a modern relaxed feel with traditional touches. Katie and Abi listened to our ideas and came up with detailed plans encompassing all the features that we wanted to include. The property has been totally transformed and is a beautiful space that is also highly practical as a holiday let. It is easy to maintain and has a boutique feel that makes the most of the period features whilst also adding some new ones. Katie managed the re-fit and the final photoshoot and we are thrilled with the results. Warren French Interiors worked with us on a complete refurbishment of our cottage and we are delighted with the result. They successfully juggled the needs of the cottage to both cater for the holiday rental market whilst also providing a lovely home for us to enjoy. We had fantastic experience using Warren French Interiors when they re-designed and replaced the kitchen in our holiday rental in Falmouth. The following year we used them again to re-design and refit the bathroom. Their attention to detail was excellent in the design, organisation, and implementation for both projects. For example, during the bathroom refit, the shower design we requested became an issue due to the floor construction, and Katie Warren re-designed the layout, and had it all completed by the original date requested, within budget and looking fantastic - better than we had hoped for. As the flat is a holiday rental, it was crucial that the projects were completed on time to a high specification for the guests’ arrival. We live 300 miles from the flat but had complete faith that Katie and the team would design & implement what we wanted for both projects and on time. Hence, I would highly recommend using Warren French Interiors. We will certainly use them again for any future projects.
