Firstly thank you Gilda for your patience and support, whilst we went through the design journey for our kitchen extension. Gilda, is very professional, and we really enjoyed working with her, listening to her advice and suggestions helped us to achieve our dream. From the beginning Gilda was very clear about the service that she provided, the breakdown of her fees, about the design processes, through to applying for planning. We live in a Conservation area, and Gilda had a very good knowledge of the restrictions within our area, giving very clear advice to help with our application. Gilda regularly communicated with us, and was always available to answer any question we had. The final design that Gilda proposed was beautiful, in keeping with our home, and the Conservation area we live in, which was very important to us. This design was a result of a series of planning meetings where the design was adapted as our ideas developed with Gilda’s support, and thefinal drawings included all aspects of our discussions. Having been successful with our application for planning, our builders have commented on how detailed Gilda’s plans are, which has greatly assisted them. We would strongly recommend working with Gilda in your forthcoming project.

We approached Metre Squared to help with a complete refurbishment for our large flat in Godalming, including some alterations and internal design. Throughout the entire process the architect was extremely professional and very responsive to our hopes for the project, bringing fresh ideas that helped us to envision our space in new ways. Reasonable and clear fee structure from concept through to obtaining planning permission and preparation of Building Regulations package of drawings and details. Gilda was excellent throughout the process and her vision from the original concept plans for the rear extension of our house gave us fantastic advice and ideas. We are close to finishing the project May/June 2024 and the build phase has gone smoothly helped by an excellent set of working plans
