From first contact to final receipt everything was excellent. Quotation was very professional and informative, no stone unturned. No hard sell just very polite. Day of measurement for the install again very professional and polite also informed as to how the installation process works. On the day of installation very prompt on arriving and again informed of how the day would go. Very smooth installation did not interfere with anything or anyone. 2 day installation, a walk around the finished product explaining the after care needed. Every person I had the pleasure to meet or talk to during this period were polite and knowledgeable, a credit to the company. Would highly recommend JARRODS if looking for a new staircase. From our initial conversation with Gabriel on what we wanted we received an excellent service. After we sent Gabriel photos he could give us an approximate estimate to know if it was in our budget or not and discuss any other options. You don’t get this from other companies and it was really helpful for us. When Gabriel came out he gave an honest option on what was best for us considering our budget and our current staircase. I have MS and climbing stairs in my narrow Victorian terrace has become more and more difficult. When I had fallen backwards down my main staircase I knew extra handrails had become a necessity. The last thing I wanted was to wait 10 months or longer for someone to install white plastic handrails making my staircase look like it belonged in a hospital. Jarrods installed the most beautiful, functional and save stained-oak handrails and my everyday, as well as my family's, has improved dramatically. Yes, one day in the future I might be looking at a stair-lift, but for now I rejoice every time I go up and down my stairs safely holding on to gorgeous handrails from Jarrods. And what I'd really like now is a new staircase to match the beauty of the rails ... Thank you!

Stunning staircase, great service and support, lovely team, right price and truly professional company. We had a newbuild house ornate sweeping staircase and galleried landing in a limited space with 3m ceilings and very specific look and feel requirements of premium quality wood finish and Jarrods delivered on all fronts. I am so pleased I chose Jarrod’s to renovate my stair case. I would highly recommend them. Everyone involved,were very pleasant,professional,and took pride in their part of the journey. I love the colour of the limed oak I chose. So much so, I didn’t want to cover them up. But I was thinking of the gorgeous Corgi in the family, having to tackle the new un carpeted stairs. There was a solution. Neil who did the renovation, is an exceptional fitter. He went out of his way to achieve perfection. He also saved the day,telling me about stick on half moon stair pads. I looked into buying some. There are two sizes to choose from.I chose the smaller size. They look terrific, hence one happy Corgi.

We were impressed with the quality and service from beginning to end, Paul Carew gave us so much information at our first meeting and the standard continued throughout. The administration was top class and on the ball, prompt and efficient. Jarrod himself came to do the final survey and measuring and we found him to be a personable gentleman who clearly was an expert in his field. Finally, the fitter, ( and what a craftsman ) Chris was so clever in all aspects and attention to detail was paramount. We are absolutely delighted with our refurbished staircase, it has transformed our house and we would be very happy to recommend Jarrods to anyone who wants a quality job done

Our staircase was recently renovated by Jarrods. We are very pleased with the high standard of service we experienced throughout the process. Gabriel advises on design and we appreciated his clear advice and guidance without any hard sales pitch. Jarrod did the survey, and explained the process and gave a lovely insight to his company. Claire at head office provided the administrative link and was always friendly and helpful. Our installation was completed by Chris who is very organised, works to a high standard and was a delight to have in our home. Chris engaged with us throughout the fit as it progressed. We had a dark wood staircase and changed to an oak staircase. The change was outstanding and everything we had hoped for. We would like to open by saying that dealing with Jarrods has been a refreshing experience. When looking for changes to your home you first look for quality at a reasonable price and then hope you find a company you can trust and will treat you with respect. We certainly did our due diligence and contacted other reputable companies as part of the process. We can say from the very first inquiry to the final completion that we were pleased with our choice. From the first visit from Gabriel to assess our requirements, dealing with Clair at customer services and finally to meeting Chris the home fitter it has been a comfortable and reassuring experience. Gabriel listened to our needs and explained in detail what the company could offer as well as showing us samples of the quality product available. Clair was there to provide all the information we needed at every step of the process. This included modifying our payment schedule to meet our needs. Chris, the joiner, came for two days and seemed to work 9 hours a day and did not seem to stop even when he had a cup of tea. What a fantastic work ethic, high quality workmanship and what an advertisement for his company. These works are expensive, but when you want to achieve quality, you need to pay the going rate and as a result, we have obtained the quality product we wanted. We would like to say “well done to you all at Jarrods, you deserve your excellent reputation, and you have certainly delivered for us. This is a fabulous company and I would highly recommend them. We had 3 companies round to advise on and price up on a new staircase (including well known names) and whilst they were all good, Jarrods were outstanding. Every person I dealt with (Paul, Claire, Jason and Jarrod himself) are a credit to the company. Jarrods pricing was competitive but it was their outstanding service and advice that made the difference. We had new oak bannisters, newell posts and cladding, together with glass, lights and two new feature steps at the bottom. They also repaired the stairs which needed some attention! I used jarrods staircases to refurbish my 1930’s stairs in oak with glass panels, l could not fault them , from the sales representative to the installation of the stairs, they were professional, punctual and the standard of the fitters work was excellent, I would give this company 10 out of 10 , thank you jarrods Mr BENFIELD
