Working with Eleni was an excellent experience. Her plans for our lounge, hallway and cloakroom were excellent and she worked closely with us to make them just as we wanted. Her sub-contractors were also really very good indeed - a real credit to everyone involved and a pleasure to have in our home as well as producing very high quality work. The real measure of success to me is also how issues were dealt with. There was, inevitably given the amount of work we were having done, the odd issue along the way. Eleni dealt with it very professionally and highly empathetically. I really cannot recommend her highly enough and we're looking forward to working with her again on our next project.

After reading reviews of Omorfia, talking to Eleni on the phone and then in person we had no hesitation in contracting her to project manage the refurbishment of our new home; this included some building work, total redecoration and partial refurnishing. We were moving from a larger house where we had lived for over 40 years and had much-treasured furniture and possessions to move to our new home in Bedford. Eleni , a really lovely lady, was very sensitive to our needs, a good listener and designed a fabulous scheme for all the rooms that blended the old with the new She project managed the whole process and kept us in touch over the months of work. It is always easy to manage a project that runs smoothly but what is important is how the problems are managed, and there are always a few. Eleni managed and advised us through all the process and quickly and efficiently dealt with any problems that arose. We requested the services of Omorfia earlier this year as we required the assistance of an Interior Designer to help us with planning. and decoration of our new lounge in our recently purchased home. Eleni Fantis was courteous and professional and easy to work with. Her ideas allowed us to come up with the right furnishings for our lounge-advice was given on wallpaper, paints, window blinds and curtains as well as furniture and other furnishings Eleni drew up detained scenarios which allowed us to study various options on the computer. She also provided help and advice with sourcing furniture items Eleni made several visits to our home in order to provide this detailed advice and planning We benefitted greatly from her ideas and this allowed us to purchase the necessary items and we are very satisfied with the results

We asked Eleni to redesign our daughter’s bedroom, updating it from a young child’s room into something more grown-up and practical as she heads towards her teen years. Eleni came up with a brilliant layout that made the most of every inch of space, adding clever built-in storage and creating a design that feels both stylish and functional. The technical floor plan she provided showed every unit and measurement clearly, so we could visualise exactly how it would work before committing to purchase, and it made the installation process so easy for our fitter to follow. The result is a room our daughter absolutely loves; calm, organised, and perfectly suited to her now (with plenty of flexibility for the years ahead). Eleni also designed built-in storage, cosy upholstered wall panels around the bed, and a reading corner, turning the space into something truly special. I have had the pleasure of working with Eleni since 2022 on my new build house, which lacked colour and character. I am not the most creative person when it comes to design, and I often have a hard time bringing my ideas to life. But Eleni truly made the process effortless. She listened carefully to what I wanted for my bedroom, study and cloakroom. I used Eleni after a lot of searching online. There are plenty of interior designers offering a variety of services but I was very happy with the combination of cost and quality. Eleni helped transform a former dining room into a study / consultation room. My clients and family have all been blown away by the transformation of the space.

I was really struggling for ideas to update my living room and to have a coherent design. Eleni came to the house and spent time with me finding out what sort of feel I wanted for the room, which furniture would be replaced and my budget. She then designed mood boards for me which perfectly reflected what I was looking for. We struggled to find an upholsterer but Eleni has a wide range of craftsmen and stockists that she can refer to.
