This was the second time that I have used MBR and worked with Liv, and as per my first experience it was exceptional. I love Liv's enthusiasm, she really understood the brief and what we wanted from the room, which was showed in the delivery of the project. We loved the concepts, and the buying process was super smooth, with continual updates about product availability and delivery dates. I would definitely use MBR and work with Liv again.

I liked the concept of a low price allowing us to try out using an interior designer for one room to see if we would want it for the whole house. However, because you are assigned a designer, rather than choosing someone whose work you like, you can't guarantee that you will like the style of your designer. in our case there wasn't a good level of understanding and we were not pleased with the final design, so we didn't end up using the ideas.

My Bespoke Room are exceptional. The designs they provide are beautiful and the process of buying the items is seamless. The attention to detail and support provided throughout the process is excellent. I was so lucky to matched with Liv - she is AMAZING and I have recommended her to a lot of friends who also have the same feedback! Such an awesome business!

I've had such a fantastic experience with My Bespoke Room. As a service they are faultless. The process from start to finish is really easy and there is plenty of support along the way. I've loved every part of it. Natalie (designer) has been super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and talented. Creating two very different dream rooms for me. Its so interesting to see what can be done with a space. I'm now ready to shop all the gorgeous suggested products and Jess has already been a great help with that so far too. I have just had my fourth and fifth rooms designed/styled by My Bespoke Room. I have worked with the same designer Laura C for each room and she has made all my ground floor rooms look beautiful and cohesive. I highly recommended the services of MBR, saves time and money as the end result is perfect with all the paint colours, wallpaper, layout and furniture working together beautifully. I am a very happy customer.

I had such a fantastic experience with My Bespoke room, I’m so glad I used them. Kerry made the whole experience so easy, and I’m really pleased with the final designs. She’s got a fantastic eye for design and really embodied my tastes. We have created rooms that are a million times better than anything I could ever have created on my own. Jess has also been really helpful talking me through the buying process. I’ve managed to get some great discounts, and the design service would be worth it even without the discounts, it’s been so useful. Will definitely consider using them for when I do my kitchen. Can’t recommend them enough.

We are over the moon with our hallway design by Jacqui P. Jacqui was lovely to work with and really took time and care to understand our wants and needs. We have finally finished the hallway and it has transformed the entrance to our house. Thanks so much Jacqui.

We had an excellent experience with My Bespoke Room. Our interior designer was Sarah and she was really lovely. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. She was able to incorporate any furniture pieces we already had, the kitchen design and the style we wanted and come up with a range of room layouts and styles for each area. She chose a really good range of great pieces to compliment everything and was on hand to answer any questions we had, through the face to face online sessions and then through a chat, which we accessed regularly. No question was too big or small and she always came back to us with helpful advice and made the whole process of our house renovation much smoother and less stressful. Sometimes working from only floor plans had its issues, as the designer only works with you online, but if you have detailed plans, photos and measurements, it’s generally fine. The shopping process was excellent and here we had Jess A, who was also lovely. She was extremely efficient and helpful. She was excellent at chasing up purchases, holding back orders and organising delivery or returns of items. It was slightly tricky to keep track of items, but once you get the hang of using the order board, you can track things more easily. This process could be improved possibly by keeping orders of different rooms on separate lists, since the list becomes very long if you are doing multiple areas. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them. Affordable, great interior design without leaving the comfort of your home!

Milena has been very helpful in designing my kitchen layout. She has listened, paid attention to my wants and needs, and adapted the layout to include these as much as possible. She has also done this with practicality in mind, ensuring adequate circulation space. Thank you!

Beatriz was my fabulous designer who helped with my home office! The design is absolutely beautiful and spot on with what I had envisioned. I can't tell you how helpful it was to have her narrowing down what my design style actually is (which I don't think I really knew!). The brief I gave her was tricky too - a tiny little box room which I was trying to turn into a part-office, part-spare bedroom, part-lounge!! She was patient and listened to everything I said. She gave me so many ideas that I wouldn't have thought of myself and it was super helpful to stop the shiny object syndrome & pinterest doom scrolling :) Thanks so much Beatriz! x

We recently had a pleasure working with Laura to design a room for my daughter, Thea. From the very beginning Laura was incredible. She listened carefully to Thea’s ideas and was exceptionally patient with her multiple requests and wishes. Laura offered various options for the room layout and her curated shopping list was simply superb. Laura’s attention to detail was outstanding, and she managed to create a beautiful design that perfectly reflected Thea’s personality and ideas for the room. The design was bright, colourful and incorporated everything Thea asked for, all while staying within the budget. We all loved working with Laura and couldn’t be happier with the result. Beatriz took her time to understand my preferences. She gave me great ideas for my bathroom and I can’t wait to see it all come together! The process worked really well with an initial and follow up consultations along with messaging in between. It was a very personalised experience.

So pleased with Liv's designs which have really helped me to revamp my sitting room ... she has brought my thoughts to life to create the room that I wanted. She produced several visuals so I could see the room from all angles and modified them to show different colour / furniture combinations so I could be sure I was happy with everything before I started the shopping process. She was always quick and happy to answer questions and suggest alternatives (even when I sent several queries in a day!). Once I was happy with the design, she prepared a great shopping "list" for me with favourites and alternatives so I could mix and match to suit my budget. Jess-Alice has been really helpful placing orders, checking availability and leadtimes for me which has saved so much time. A few items are on a longer leadtime so the room is not quite finished but I am so happy about how it is all coming together ... I would not have managed to get so much done so quickly without Liv and Jess-Alice. Thank you :)

After purchasing my dream house, I had no idea how to turn it into looking like the cover of an interior design magazine. Whilst I had clear ideas on colours and style, I did not know how to successfully bring it altogether with sophistication and flair. After hours, days, weeks, and months, building my Houzz Ideabooks for each room, I decided to take plunge and choose an interior designer to help me bring my vision to life. I found MBR via Houzz, and after booking a preliminary call, I decided to go ahead with booking 7 room designs (2 bedrooms, playroom, dressing room, office, open plan kitchen diner, and the hallway). I was paired with Liv and it couldn't have been a better match. Liv was super friendly, easy to work with, and came up with some great ideas to bring my vision to life. At times she even pushed me outside of my comfort zone. But I must say, the design choices absolutely worked, and in the end it's the unusual features that helped to make my vision even better than I expected. The design process was smooth with various options presented for you to tweak as you see fit. Once all the designs were finalised, it was onto the shopping list and the ever so handy MBR discounts. Jess was an absolute star at co-ordinating my numerous deliveries and ensuring that everything arrived as planned. And with 7 room designs, you can imagine just how extensive my shopping list was...! Any issues I flagged with orders were promptly followed-up, and despite juggling so many clients and orders - Jess always delivered service with a smile!! Their service from end-to-end is outstanding and great value for money. I cannot recommend MBR highly enough :)

I signed up the MBR having run out of ideas for a room that hasn't changed much in the 10 years I have lived here. I was put in touch with Jacqui who was nothing short of brilliant. Jacqui took the time to get to know and understand me, taking in not only the practicalities of the space but also getting to grips with the 'feel' of the room. What resulted was a design beyond anything I could have imagined and which totally encompassed 'me'. I really enjoyed the creative experience thanks to all Jacqui's efforts. I loved my experience working with Liv. She fully understood my vision and was really helpful in directing me to the right styles that not only suited my idea's but were practical as well. I think having a service like my bespoke room is revolutionary in interior design for the normal person. In the long run it saves you making design mistakes and saves you money. Olivia (Liv) was amazing. So enthusiastic and helpful. She was so careful to choose items that we loved, but also were available in Northern Ireland. We both love our finished design!

I would have no hesitation in recommending My Bespoke Room and would use their services again in a heartbeat. Our designer was Beatriz and she was a delight to work with, she really took time to understand our likes and dislikes and what would work best for us - the living room design she produced was perfect. We also appreciated the different options Beatriz gave for furnishings and accessories. Jess-Alice helped with the shopping list and this all worked really smoothly. She kept us informed of the status of our deliveries and we were able to delay receiving larger items until our decorator had finished, which was extremely helpful. All in all one very satisfied customer!

I was matched with Aless as my designer for the styling only package and I'm very pleased I was. In the space of a 45 min call she totally got my style and what I liked - even though I couldn't articulate it too well. She picked colours I wouldn't have been brave enough to choose myself (but really like) and found the most beautiful vinyl which is the first item I bought. Some of the suggested pieces are expensive, but there's no obligation to buy and you can always source similar more cost effective items online. That said, I would absolutely choose Aless & MBR again.

I have recently worked with My Bespoke Room to enhance my living room including adapting current furniture and complementing with a new sofa and sideboard, deciding on a new colour scheme including painting a feature wall, curtains and rug , plus improving the layout. Milena, my designer, responded so positively to my 'half baked' ideas and was very helpful providing lots of suggestions and advice . The best thing is that she showed me how to bring everything together with simple additions which gave me the confidence to go ahead with purchases. This is my first experience of having advice and I now will not re- design a room without paying the reasonable cost of getting truly professional advice. Many thanks to all involved.

I have just finished my second project with my designer at My Bespoke Room and yet again was blown away by the designers ideas for the layouts and designs for our bedroom. The service is fabulous and such great value for money. They came up with a layout I hadn't thought of and the end result is so much more than we expected. Now the furniture has all arrived and we've painted it is so exciting to see the impact we have had on the space and it feels like a new room. I will be using them again for our children's rooms as it has saved me so much time. Big thanks to Jess-Alice, my shopper, who got everything organised on our behalf as well as samples and spoke to a supplier for us when there was an issue which was quickly sorted. Highly recommend!

After reading all the reviews and looked at previous work I had high expectations and was very much looking forward to work with the company. The service was process was great but the outcome was very uninspiring. Non of the wow factor I was hoping for. I felt it was just taking some of my suggestions and putting it all together. It was more an implementation of ideas rather than a creative process.

Second time I work with Liv and she delivered again. This time it was for my bedroom, where I had a few constraints: a lively blue-purple on all walls, some furniture already in place, with a "problem zone" (the headboard was yellow-ish instead of white). Liv found a solution with a massive wow-factor: for the headboard she suggested fabric paint (I didn't know about fabric paint, it'll save me purchasing a new headboard), and to bring some elegance to the room she suggested ribbed wall panels with a paint canopy above the headboard. Amazing! So happy I got to know her. Can't wait to report with pictures of the finished product. Thank you Liv!

Liv helped me with a tricky area in my home: the hallway. I had been umming and erring about this or that solution, and straight away she suggested a quirky & colourful suggestion which is exactly the kind of stuff I had wanted - but couldn't come up with on my own. Maria has been helping us with the design of our living room and dining room. She's been fantastic from beginning to end. She listened carefully to what we liked, came up with several different designs, made changes according to our feedback, and helped us with all our questions afterward. The shopping support team has also been super helpful with sourcing different furniture for us, answering our questions regarding shipments and deliveries, and overall helping with the purchase process. We've had a great experience with the My Bespoke Room team. We're still waiting for the furniture to arrive and very much look forward to seeing what the space looks like once we are done with it.

I am so glad that I went with My Bespoke Room for my interior design needs! While I was pretty sure about the direction I wanted to take for my home office I had got myself into a rut, struggling to make decisions on furniture or layout, and just spinning my wheels. Enter Tracey, who was able to completely understand my vision and take it to the next level, coming up with creative solutions to problems I was stuck on; bringing up all sorts of important considerations that I hadn't considered; and with an attention to detail for the small pieces that really brought the room together. This brings me to Olivia B (Liv) who became the designer for my new small flat. She has been quite wonderful through the whole process from the very beginning of getting ideas from me to which direction I wanted to go… to the final design stages for the hallway, bedrooms, and open plan living area according to my brief. She is super professional whilst being a great person, very friendly, and super enjoyable to work with. Liv worked extremely hard with me over messages, chats, and Zoom calls to hone in on what I wanted/needed within the bounds of possibilities and according to the flat size and budget. With a measure-up service offered, I was confident that everything recommended would fit perfectly. The finished design for the open living area + bedrooms and hallway ended up being well above any expectations that I had. The service Liv offered was/is superb. I can most definitely recommend working with Liv. Plus I am now working with Jessica-Alice who is my dedicated shopping assistant. She has and is helping me to make the purchasing of all furniture/art etc that I have chosen to be delivered easily and on time. I've just finished my fourth room design with the fabulous Lucy from MBR. I think the fact I've come back so many times says it all! Lucy is so well tuned in to our style that the briefing stage is super quick and easy and I always have 100% confidence I am going to immediately love her designs. I actually can't imagine the amount of time and hassle it has saved me vs trying to do it myself. The shopping service is fab too - nothing more exciting than all the boxes turning up at the door! Would highly, highly recommend.

We returned to MyBespoke Room for some advice on our summerhouse having previously used designer Aiste for our lounge/dining room and hall which we were delighted with. Aiste's plans for the summerhouse look fab - taking on board everything we asked for and coming up with suggestions for furniture and furnishings that we would never have known about. We are looking forward to bringing it to life in the next couple of months. I had a very good experience while working with mybespokeroom and my designer Ria, whom I collaborated with. I had a vision in my mind, which Ria penned down to reality with her designs. I am very happy about that. My journey was smooth as all the communications were very efficient, within a day... Also, my shopping experience with Lorna is also going very smoothly. Kudos to all the talented team members for their professionalism and attention to details.

Milena did an awesome job helping us design our living/dining room in our new Paris appartment. She understood the brief perfectly and created images that allowed to us to completely see the vision and consequently purchase most of the recommended items to achieve said vision. I really enjoyed working with my Bespoke Room to create my games room. I have always stuck to white walls with a bit of grey and beige and I’m not a big fan of anything too bright or colourful. However, after moving into a new home, and following loads of gamers online, I wanted a super cool set-up of my own. My designer helped me find some great add-ons that I would never have considered, for example back lights on my screen to give a backdrop that can change colour and a muted dark blue half-wall that gives the room a cool edge. Best of all I could shop all the products she suggested right on the site! Everything was super easy and convenient. I will definitely be reaching out to them again soon to help me with more rooms in my home.

Liked the experience with mybespokeroom, very professional people. Liv has designed our room to a wow level and has been really patient with our demands and choices. She has provided her professional eye and given perspectives which we can't think of, clearly the kind of support we were after with a designing professional. Remy our personal shopper has been really lovely too .We haven't finished our room yet but really happy and excited about the design provided in the end .

I can imagine this would be good if you have no idea what you want or how to use a space. However I already had some inspiration from Houzz/Pinterest so I don't really feel like this service was value for money in my situation The personal shopper service is nice in theory but my advice would be to still Google the products before buying - for example we bought the pendant lights that were recommended by the designer but we only realised after installation that the lightbulbs aren't replaceable so we're stuck with a cool light where I would've hoped for something warmer. That product info wasn't included in Bespoke Room's spec (maybe it's common knowledge for pendants?! I just assumed you can replace bulbs in most light fixtures). Also it was 25% cheaper from other vendors. Overall it was a pleasant experience but I probably wouldn't use again

I have thoroughly enjoyed working together with Nardus from My Bespoke Room to bring our design ideas to fruition. I had lots of ideas myself but always struggled to know exactly what I wanted and liked. Nardus asked all the right questions and gave such valuable advice that I'm honestly going to miss the almost-daily messages between us. I can't wait to bring it all together now and share my before and after photos.

Update - they reached out and we are working on a solution with the supplier to provide new swatches to see if there is a dark navy to fit with the original design and have offered to keep the current wrong colour couches until we can sort out a way forward. I am still awaiting to hear back from them but long story short we ordered two couches at £3k each based on the design and colour in the photo and it wasn’t even close. I wasn’t wowed by the design but we figured it was a start and we could update once we moved it. But the main purpose was to be able to work with someone who knew the suppliers as we had a specific requirement due to allergies. We were told up front that this was not refundable because it was being wrapped in synthetic materials- which is fine. However we waited months for this couch and the colour is not even close. We have followed up several times however to no success. To say that this has potentially ruined us moving in to our new home in the UK from abroad is an understatement. Oh and by the way the £3k couches didn’t come with the couch as pictured - those are addition hundreds of dollars. I’m hopeful that they will reach out to reorder and exchange for the colour that we did order

Once again, we were delighted to work with the lovely Hira Noor on our soon to be kitchen. We had chosen a high end John Lewis product but they don't offer advice on styling. We were looking for ideas to make our kitchen stand out from their usual offering. Hira helped us affirm our colour choices for the cabinets, walls and worksurfaces, as well as design simple but stand out shelf layouts, which the supplier was unable to do. We are looking forward to our shopping experience for lighting, stools and other finishing touches soon. Thanks again Hira!

I have been working with Liv on room layout reconfiguration for my new house in the bedroom areas and open plan kitchen. She's also helped me with the living room design / furniture source. She's been excellent in making the design work for our family busy lifestyle, taking into account both the practical element (including future proofing) and also the aesthetic perspective. I was looking for some professional opinion to properly design my living room. After doing my research online, I thought "My Bespoke Room" should satisfy my needs. I paid for the "Complete Design Experience for combined Living/Dining Room". My main aim was to get advise on colour scheme for walls and matching furniture to suit the mood board. The design and putting everything on paper was pretty ok, but none of the advised colours actually were near close to what is shown in the mood board. My aim was for Natural look, with Greige colours with Yellow undertone. That was reflected very well in the mood board. However, putting this into Reality was the main challenge for my designer. When I ordered colour samples of the proposed colours by the designer, it all turned out to be Greige with Green or Grey undertone. The mood board is showing bright brown/caramel statement wall, but the proposed colour sample turned to be a dark grey to almost black colour. When I flagged my concerns, the designer told me that (I've had clients use Greige and Loved it!). I wasn't sure at that point whether I'm supposed to paint my living room based on someone else's taste!! I had the initial meeting with the designer, where I clearly explained my colour preferences, yet I ended with Totally Different colour scheme, with an argument from the designer, that someone else liked the proposed colour scheme! Unfortunately, I ended up doing the same exercise that I would do, if I haven't used the service (i.e. spending time and money to get samples from different companies trying to get the colour scheme I was aiming for!!) The 2 weeks designer support does not get adjusted if something went wrong, and does not take into account any Bank Holidays or designer leave, which would result in taking longer to get feedback from the designer. So despite the designer couldn't manage to get the colour scheme I was aiming for in time, I have been simply told that my support period is over and (Sorry it hasn't all been as straight forward as we hoped! ) I'm giving it 2 stars as the selection of the furniture and accessories was good. However, this is the most expensive shopping bag, considering that I paid extra for the full service, and instead ended up with only a shopping bag. This is just really disappointing!!

I mainly used the service because I wanted to see what would be the best layout for my space. However, the designer didn’t take into account the size of the room at all and most of the layouts that they showed me where not practical e.g., put the sofa too close to the tv or place a desk to a location where there was no space for an office chair! More importantly the items that they offer are limited to their suppliers and even though they have a personal shopper service with a price match promise it is up to you to shop around and find the best price for the same items. E.g., I managed to find almost all the items much cheaper than the price they offered me from their suppliers. In general, I think what they offer it’s something that anyone could do by themselves using any free layout app.

What a fantastic experience! I just want to say a massive thank you to the my bespoke room team for creating my dream living room. From start to finish the process has been super easy and my designer did a great job of bringing all my ideas together. I also loved the shopping service as I do not always have much time to spare so being able to order in one go was perfect. I also received some great discounts. Thank you again, I will be coming back for more designs very soon.

Conceptually I loved MyBespokeRoom and having done a small project accessorising one room we went for a bigger project looking at our dual aspect living room and hallway. I would say the concept works if you have a clear idea of what look you are after and want someone to help bounce ideas around with. However, for us it didn't quite come together and I don't think in the end we won't actually buy any of the suggested items - although that isn't to say we haven't learnt a lot along the process. First off - we aren't the easiest of customers. My husband went from being open to the brass (he says 'fake gold') accent features to completely vetoing them. However there were more fundamental issues than this. From the outset we had made it clear that the fireplace and split stone surround were key parts to the room. The final design omitted these and when we queried we were advised to 'find a specialist supplier'. We asked for a soft luxurious saxony type-plus carpet. Our final design recommended a twist carpet - when we queried again we were recommended to visit a carpet supplier to make a choice. Maybe these elements are tricky to pick for someone but it would have been nice if a) this had been an upfront agreement (we could have looked for the elements while the design was being prepared) and b) if we could still have had most guidance e.g. what proportion of fire would work in the setting, what colours should we look for in the split-stone and in the carpet, what should we avoid etc... Some of the recommendations on materials and furniture felt like they worked on paper for the design and looked nice in the rendered photos but I didn't have much comfort that the designer actually had experience of the materials, colours, shades etc that were being recommended. For instance naturally a lot of the suppliers are online but for two large sofas we needed a showroom to try before we bought and indeed found many of the sofa.com recommendations looked lovely but were pretty uncomfortable to actually sit on when we found their nearest showroom. Finally, I loved that there were lots of options for pieces but sometimes the options were so dramatically different it was difficult to see how you could pick and mix and still put together a coherent whole. For instance we had a mirror as part of a gallery wall but the options ranged from and long slender oval, to a large round mirror to three mirrors arrange horizontally...how can they all work at the same time? As I said we didn't have the clearest of ideas to start (we were looking for help here) but for me the leap from discussing ideas and picking a couple of pictures that I liked to suddenly having a 'complete' design for an entire room was too much big for me meaning the final design jarred. For a blank canvas project it didn't work for me. Pity, and clearly the approach works well for many, unfortunately not for us and my husband is not pleased with the waste of money :-(

Having spent 12 years abroad, we recently moved back into our home in Windsor which had been rented out. We realised that it had been some 20 years since we had renovated and that our taste and style had changed in that time. While scouring the pages of Houzz, we realised that we needed some partial design help, rather than a full on makeover. My Bespoke Room was exactly what we were looking for! We started with the living / dining room – as, like many others, we have moved our lifestyle into our garden-facing kitchen and the old dining room had become a sort of thoroughfare/dumping point for anything we didn’t really like! After an initial call with Jessica, we were introduced to our designer, the lovely Hira Noor, who talked through our ideas, wants and needs! Hira is this wonderful young lady who gently introduces styles and ideas, and who really listens to your concerns. Her ideas, help and patience really helped us to move out of our comfort zone. Hira came up with several different options for each item of furniture, from desks and armchairs, carpets, occasional chairs, mirrors, lamps and rugs! She gave her recommendation and then offered alternatives with a good selection of styles and price points. Had we just gone to a shopping centre, we would not have had the courage to buy the items, but because Hira prepared our mood board, we could see how each piece would look in our home, so it was much easier to take the plunge. We have been thrilled with all of the items she recommended to us. She gave us advice on how to place pictures, where each item of furniture should go – and as each piece arrived, the room came to life exactly as she had styled it on the mood board. We booked an extra couple of consultancy time to get advice on how to carpet the hall, stairs and landing. The service is very affordable and the kitchen will be our next project! Thank you Hira!

I felt my designer really listened to what I wanted, and her suggestions were creative and thoughtful. The final designs are just lovely and offer lots of options. I’m in the process of extending and refurbishing my home and have been working with Milena on the interior design, including 4 bathrooms, 2 multi-function living spaces and a 3-story hallway. Although the construction phase is still in progress, we’ve completed the design for most of these rooms and I’m delighted with everything so far. I’ve worked with a handful of interior designers in the past, including some award winning designers. Without question, working with Milena has been my best experience. Milena listens to my ideas and incorporates them into her designs, so that I really felt like the designs were a collaboration. She is very organised and structured, so I’m always clear what she needs from me and what to expect next. And of course she designs beautiful spaces well within budget, with a lot of creativity and knowledge! I’m so excited to see how the rooms will look once completed. I really like the platform MyBespokeRoom uses for collaborating too (it makes it really easy to keep everything organised) and the personal shopping service Remy provides is amazing - one less thing for me to worry about when working on such a big project. :)

She made our lives so much easier and was really quick in coming back on our queries, with helpful input and advice. She's great to work with and her help alone was worth the MBR fees for the project!

We were really pleased with how our designer interpreted our excitable and disconnected musings to produce a coherent and beautiful colour and furnishing scheme for a large open plan downstairs area. It seemed incredible to us that this was achievable from just a zoom conversation with photos and diagrams but it has been really helpful. We had our doubts before going for My Bespoke Room and nearly opted for a more expensive service and I am so glad we didn't! I was rather nervous that a designer would make our home look generic and not feel personal but the design we have been given still feels like us and there are so many options to personalise the shopping experience too, We are just waiting for our floors to be sanded down and re varnished before hitting the shopping button in earnest. I would definitely recommend this. One caveat: I would not dive in before you are totally ready to shop however as stock available changes fast. If I had realised I would have possibly held off until various other projects (a garden office & floor sanding) were complete as they will delay us shopping so we may miss out on the best deals.

Every step of this process has been brilliant. My designer, Maddy, was a real joy to work with - creative, warm, kind - and expertly translated what I thought I wanted to what I actually wanted. One of the best parts is also the shopping service, where Laura has been really helpful in ordering all the new things I need and coordinating the deliveries - an especially tricky task when I'm in the process of buying my first flat! Couldn't recommend My Bespoke Room more, and I'll definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used My Bespoke Room. We went back to them for another room because the first one came out so beautifully and because it was such an easy and pleasant experience. Our designer is Maddy and she is excellent. She is very responsive to our expressions of what we are looking for, and is very patient and flexible when we are not sure what we are looking for. I think this business is a fantastic business model and they follow it up with excellent people and communication. I wouldn't change a thing. So glad I came across My Bespoke Room. I was paired with Lois to design my kitchen/ living area, I was very pleased that we began by identifying the best layout options for a somewhat complex space. Then Lois really took the time to understand my style and which features of the room were most important to me. I cannot rate My Bespoke Room highly enough. Everything from room design to furniture purchase has been a joy. My designer, Adela, started by taking accurate measurements of the property and discussing design ideas with me. I asked her to design every room in the flat, so she sent me several rounds of mood boards to get a good grasp of my taste and style. She then produced thoughtful designs with beautifully chosen furniture and finishes. She was extremely accommodating as I changed my mind about what I wanted. Her finished designs were superb. As I've started furnishing the flat, I continue to be impressed by Adela's taste and vision. MBR was an incredibly valuable resource. Lots of interior designer shops seem impersonal or inaccessible. MBR is different. Prices are up front, with lots of scope for client choice all while being tempered be an expert eye. Nardus told me things I never would have known or uncovered on my own. I can't wait for the end results and have no hesitation in recommending MBR.

We contacted My Bespoke Room in the summer of 2019 feeling frustrated with several rooms in our home - mainly because they didn’t feel finished and were lacking in “wow factor”. Jessica suggested we redesign our hall and master bedroom first and put us in touch with Nardus - our designer. Long story short, I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The entire design process was an absolute pleasure. Nardus was friendly, helpful and created wonderful “wow factor” designs. After our initial consultation call (an hour per room design), he understood just what I was looking for and also encouraged me out of my design comfort zone. I just love walking into my bedroom now and we have had lots of compliments about our hall. I was also impressed by My Bespoke Room’s design process. Their online platform is really very user friendly. Once Nardus had uploaded his moodboard, I could visualise just how my room would look. All I had to do then was scroll down and click on the products that I wanted to order (spoilers… all of them!). My Bespoke Room ordered them for me and kept me up to date on delivery dates and times. It was all surprisingly stress free. When the products arrived, I had Nardus’s plan to work from to make sure everything was put in its proper place. Perfect! Meanwhile, if I had any questions, Nardus, Jessica and Remy (who managed our orders) got back to me promptly and I felt supported throughout the design process - from start to finish. However, one word of warning… redesigning your home with My Bespoke Room is addictive. I am desperate to start another project!

We have used MBR on a number of projects and they have been simply outstanding. Sarah, our designer, nailed our designs every single time, understanding what we wanted to achieve and helping us get there - nothing was too much trouble. The results are way beyond what we could achieve on our own. Bespoke Room was a real find for us. We are building a holiday home in an Island in the Meditaranean , Djerba, Tunisia. We were looking at updating our living room and I had my heart set on P&PL squid ink paint. It felt bold and I didn’t know how to pull it all together. I chanced upon My Bespoke Room while searching Houzz for interior design ideas and am really glad we did and was paired with Olivia! She listened to what I was after and helped me narrowed my style to Scandi Industrial! She put together a mood-board on what we needed to do to pull everything together including exactly the paint locations. I can’t recommend Claire and team enough. Having always thought employing an interior designer was a luxury I wouldn’t be able to fit into my budget, I was so pleased to come across the transparent, fixed pricing structure offered by My Bespoke Room on this website. Claire has done an absolutely phenomenal job designing my new house. This entailed designing our master bedroom, shared children’s bedroom, home office, living room, family room, kitchen diner (all fully designed) and hallways and all our bathrooms (mini makeovers.) From our detailed discussion and my Pinterest boards, Claire just “got” my style and each time a new design for each room popped up in my inbox, I was just delighted with it and thought “this is exactly what I wanted.” The designs included images to get a feel for what the room would look like and then the items she had sourced from retailers, many of which I hadn’t heard of, making my house feel unique. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish and the messaging feature is great. Everyone at MBR is so responsive, it’s amazing. Even better is the personal shopping element (MBR will put through and handle all the orders of the items you choose to purchase) which is somehow free of charge - incredibly convenient for someone like me who has just had a baby and for whom coordinating deliveries would be too much hassle. I love interior decor but in my last home found it hard to commit to bold designs so my house was quite bland. Having Claire’s designs and trusting her has made my new house a beautiful home which I absolutely love. Thank you so much Claire.

We got assigned to Olivia and she was an absolute star to work with. She really tried to understand what we needed and what our style was. She was very responsive and sent a lot of extra photographs to make sure we're on the same page. She managed to mix up a few styles and created a beautiful and functional designs (open plan living dining and living room) in just a couple of weeks. We also used their electrical service and dealt with Lucy. She prepared a couple of lighting options for us to choose from. It made things easier for us. Jenny simply did a brilliant job for us. We wanted our house completely re-designed and never had the time of creativity to do this ourselves. We spoke to approximately 7 interior designers before we picked Jenny. She understood what each of us wanted, our tastes, budget, likes/dislikes, etc and across circa 4000 sq ft of living space she designed our dream home. Throughout the process she was very responsive, flexible and welcomed feedback, we could not recommend Jenny highly enough, she is a brilliant interior designer.

We used MyBespoke Room to design our entire flat from scratch, and now that the project has been completed we couldn't be happier with the result. Aiste, our designer, worked very closely to our taste giving us plenty of choices and was very flexible to our changing demands. She made sure to incorporate all our key requests while helping us make sure that we kept a coherent look to our designs. Laura-Grace and Victoria were also extremely helpful when it came to ordering our items. They took the stress of tracking items off us completely with their attentiveness and their speed of response. Our situation was particularly challenging as we hadn't moved into the flat yet, but they helped us to manage this all the way and made life much easier. We are delighted to be working with MyBespokeRoom. This is our second time using my bespoke room and we can’t help but feel disappointed. We were thrilled with the first room design but sadly our experience second time round wasn’t as good. Firstly with the floor plan a piece of furniture was put in the way of a walkway through to a bathroom so we had to suggest it be moved. We also asked for help with designing a wall of pictures as a feature. We didn’t like what the designer chose so suggested some ones we sourced ourselves hoping they would put them into a wall design for us but they didn’t. We liked the furniture that was chosen although we are still waiting for delivery - estimated delivery 4 month wait. This is not the fault of mybespoke. Also we had to ask for finishing touches as they weren’t included like our original design but was then disappointed that they weren’t linked to the room that was being designed. They were more generic and very similar to the ones of our previous room instead of matching the room design which was for a study. We were hoping to do more rooms but starting to think maybe it’s just a 1 hit wonder?

I absolutely loved working with My Bespoke Room. The whole process was so simple and having everything online made it so easy. I have a crash pad in London that I rent out as an Airbnb and so I needed a design that was practical, feels like home, and great for entertaining. The team did a great job and knew exactly what I needed. I'm very time poor and the Chat function meant that I could pick up with the designer whenever it was convenient. Having everything collated in one place was great, and the Personal Shopping team arranged all my orders for me so all I needed to do was wait for everything to arrive! I'm looking forward to showing off the results, and will definitely use My Bespoke Room again.

From getting a quote with Jess, to completing the design brief with Lucy and to working with my designer Nardus, my entire MBS experience has been pleasant and a lot more enjoyable than I anticipated as topics like deco are so not my forte and tend to give me a headache. Nardus did a fantastic job of bringing my vision for my rooms to life. He was super attentive and understood things I said and that I didn't. Extremely responsive, he never made me feel like I was being a bother even when I had a million and one questions, and provided instrumental guidance when I had no idea what I wanted. He found clever ways to incorporate even the tiniest of details that I cared about and my final room designs were each a HIT. Like if you saw them, you'd want to move in. I haven't tried the shopping service yet but if it's anything like the rest of my experience, I'm sure it will be fab, so I'm looking forward to that. Great concept wonderfully managed. Our designer Nardus was amazing and he was really able to help us find the middle ground between two pretty different styles. He was able to suggest room layouts and ideas that we would never have thought of and I am just waiting for all the beautiful choices to be delivered.

Olivia was absolutely superb...extremely attentive, responsive, and friendly, and very patient when I changed design direction or couldn't respond for a while. She picked great items that I definitely wouldn't have been able to select myself and seemed to understand what I was trying to describe better than I did. I'm really pleased and I'd definitely recommend her.

So 4 designs down now and I really couldnt be happier with the work, commitment and service provided time and again. This project was a bit of a make over of my bedroom and the brief was hit spot on, Rachel is amazing and just so helpful and makes for an easy room transformation. My Bespoke Room is a very user friendly website. In a few moments, i requested my room to be designed and stated my preferences. They then assigned the talented Adela to my project. She was clear and fast, really understood our constraints and tastes, very responsive and creative. After the mood board is done, you can add the items you like to your basket and their concierge service helps you manage your deliveries. I’d been postponing this task forever and now it’s all done in a couple of weeks! So pleased that I trusted them !

This is my second room design with My Bespoke room and I am delighted with the results. Rosie took loads of time to go through my inspirations and helped me with ideas I would never have considered but absolutely love! I had my moodboard really quickly and was so pleased with everything she recommended. I ordered through the personal shopping service and all my deliveries were handled for me. I am about to move into my new house once the building works are completed but needed some ideas about how best to furnish and style each room before I do. I really had no idea the best way to approach this as it’s not really my forte. This is where My Bespoke Room came in, who were recommended to me by a friend. I was advised by the team to put together a brief with what I was after in terms of style and what the budget in mind was. I was totally wowed by the professionalism of what our designer has put together and how easy the entire process was. We came away buzzing with new ideas but also more importantly firmed up what we wanted to do in terms of colours/furnishings etc. for the house. What they did was help us through what can be a daunting journey and guide us in a calm flowing way to the end result with our budget in mind. They were fantastic and couldn’t recommend them enough. If you are in any doubt about what to do whether advice on room layouts or the finishing touches no matter what the budget, then don’t hesitate to give them a call. I really enjoyed working with MBR on our living room design and absolutely love the end result! Rosie spent a lot of time ensuring she understood our vision and taste and came up with some wonderful suggestions for different furniture options and finishing touches. Her advice was also invaluable in terms of incorporating existing furniture into our new room design. I couldn't recommend My Bespoke Room more! My husband and I loved the whole experience and Lucy helped turn a stressful time of decision making (during building work for our extension!) into a fun project. Lucy listened to our family needs and put together the perfect layout for our open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area, incorporating all our needs and offering some great storage ideas. We were really excited to see the final design and all the furniture options, which we all LOVE! We all enjoyed spending time looking through the shoppable room design which is so clever because of all the alternatives furniture options they give you. She also helped us by suggesting some clever ideas for window treatment for our large sliding doors. We are already planning our next room design with them.

I used My Bespoke Room for design help with my daughter's and son’s bedrooms when we moved house. It was such an easy process and because it was all done online it meant that the kids could get involved and inspired too! My daughter wasn’t sure about the move and working with My Bespoke Room made it a fun and positive experience for her. My designer, Rosie, was great at finding me creative solutions and giving me ideas I wouldn't have thought of for their rooms - very impressed! We used their personal shopping service once we'd finished the room designs which saved time and hassle, just what I needed when we were handling a big house move! My favourite part overall was the ‘reveal’ moment with the finalised room design and all the design tips – it was absolutely perfectly pitched and helped provide a real wow factor to the whole experience.

A great service - Lucy took detailed information about our room (with very little effort required from us), and really took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes including a phone call and various messages. She researched loads of different items and provided multiple options for each (including curtains, sofas, tables, light fittings, lamps, rugs, TV tables, accessories, artwork). We are so pleased with the design that came back - its something we'd never have thought of but is totally "us" and is within our budget. Its such a convenient service - if you like everything you can just press one button and buy it all!

I had a great experience with MBR. I went for the full design and Laura had the task of making my living room look up to date and deal with my indecisions. She was very patient with me and we had a couple of conversations on the phone about what I wanted and the look I was going for we also did lots of emailing and I always got a prompt reply. Laura then gave me a few ideas of room layouts and after choosing that I then received my moodboard which had some great items on it. It saved me so much time and also made me look at items I would not usually go for. It has taken a while but the room is now finally finished. We had a great experience with My Bespoke Room - we had some initial calls and emails with the team and sent over our Pinterest board. The team (Victoria was our main contact) came up with several suggestions and recommendations and we narrowed down the options we liked. We then received a plan for our room along with options for each item (which was great!). The team was also available for follow up questions as we needed. All in all, great service and well worth the price!

I'm really happy the service and the friendly approach. My preferences and style were taken into account for all the recommendations and the suppliers they used had really unique furniture, I would've never been able to find them myself and it so made a huge difference when designing the room. I so loved using My Bespoke Room to help me with my really weirdly shaped dining room. Diana was so helpful in providing four room layout options and then having a great call to discuss options and pros and cons for each layout. It really helped me to visualise how the space would be at the end of the project. I adored all the accessories for the room, and the colour scheme they suggested. It's so great to be able to "Swap Out" items and see 5 or 6 options for each piece. Must've saved me 30 hours+ of paintstakingly trawling shops and websites. Good if what you want is some suggestions and an idea re how your preferred colours look together, together with style suggestions. Lisa was very friendly and helpful and kept to her deadlines. There are limitations to the service though as you would expect and you cant rely on them for technical expertise (eg I asked for some suggestions for a ceiling fan and their suggestions were too big for the room) I did send measurements and diagrams but some of their furniture recommendations were simply too big/wouldn't fit in the space. I would use them again if I needed some help with thinking things through.

An absolutely fantastic service like no other!! Not only does My bespoke room offer very very competitive pricing, but they are extremely prompt and seem to understand exactly what their client needs and wants. They work within your budget and their website is very user-friendly. I used their service first for my master bathroom and then liked their options so much, I went ahead and used them for my living room/kitchen and also my hallway. Even if you don't end up using the specific product options they offer, you get a helping hand in sorting through the thought process and navigating the maze of items available online. What an amazing service this is!! Highly recommend!! I was a bit skeptical about using an online service but the process was so simple, and after my phone call with my designer Lisa, I felt totally at ease. I worked with her on my family living and dining room as I was really struggling with the layout and how to pull the look we wanted together. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and really listened to my needs. We loved the final design and her recommendations - we have already ordered most of the items! We wish we had found them sooner and will definitely be coming back to do our bedroom and kids rooms. I have already recommended them to all my friends too! Thank you My Bespoke Room.

I can't help but feel a bit disappointed by my experience with My Bespoke Room, with so many excellent reviews I was really excited. I had quite a good idea of what I wanted and felt like the brief was clear but I was allocated a student designer and she went a bit off piste. The moodboard was just my 'vision' images cup up and the shopping suggestions were all heavily geometric in style and a lot of copper, which I'm really not a fan of. Once she had the brief she didn't check back to make sure she was on track - I ended up with a final design that I didn't use. I'd specifically asked for help in finding some large turquoise plant pots for a statement plant and the ones that were suggested were about 15cm radius. There were no curtain suggestions, but when I emailed she did come back with some. In retrospect I wish I'd contacted the designer/owners to let them know how disappointed I was but I thought that for £75 (it was on offer) maybe you just get what you pay for. It was such a shame. The concept is great and their website/system is easy to use,

The designer I worked with at MyBespokeRoom was extremely talented. She made some excellent recommendations based on the info I had filled in. I purchased all my items to re-create the look suggestsed for my living room! I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for an interior designer at a very affordable price!

Only just received my mood board, and it's brilliant - so many fantastic ideas, at every price point, including things much cheaper than I would have imagined. Everything neatly laid out with the prices and a link straight to the right web page. Amazing.

I'm absolutely delighted with the service provided by My Bespoke Room designer Rosie Ellis. Rosie initially worked on my living / dining space and greatly helped me to realise what I actually wanted and sourced all the items, even the wall paint. I was so happy with the result, I asked Rosie to work on my master bedroom as well. The result was fantastic! I'm still working on the makeover, so no pictures so far. I really like that I have a chance to choose the items I want from the selection provided by designer. It's lovely and in the end everything looks so well together.

I absolutely loved working with Victoria on my open-plan dining room! Couldn't have asked for a better process (phone interview then email) and outcome (floorplan, 3d image of what it will look like, purchasing list with different options). I'll probably done with buying items/painting in 2-3 months, and can't wait to share another review wiht pictures then!

Absolutely outstanding service from this firm. I have been amazed at the value for money for their expertise. Their website is so easy to use, and the shopping lists, floor plans and moodboard were done so perfectly and so close to my own vision for my home that it was well and truly incredible. They are friendly, do things in a timely manner, stick to the budget you give them, fabulously talented and I have already provided their details to several friends (I myself was referred by a friend who couldn't recommend Victoria highly enough). We are very happy with the service provided by My Bespoke room. We went for the 'Complete Design Experience' Package and are delighted by what was offered. The designer we worked with, Victoria, was knowledgeable, accommodative, patient and put in a lot of effort to understand our needs and requirements and delivered a design that was perfect for us. We are pleasantly surprised the amount of customisation that was offered even if it meant some back and forth conversations as we changed our minds about what we wanted in the media/living room that we wanted designed. The service was well above our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to our friends and family and we will definitely be going back to them for our future projects.

I am in the process of renovating my flat and I asked mybespokeroom to provide a design / moodboard for my kitchen and bathroom. I absolutely loved Diana's ideas and the fact that she provided links to different pieces of furniture, all within my budget and very stylish. I asked Diana to design my living room as well and will also ask mybespokeroom to design my bedroom at a later date. I asked Diana a number of questions after she had sent through the designs and always got a really helpful and quick response. I found that it was well worth the money to pay for a moodboard so that I could focus on what I actually wanted to buy, at an affordable prince rather than buying furniture which is overpriced or would look out of place in my flat. Definitely recommend using mybespokeroom.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to use the services of My Bespoke Room several times now. I used them for support in designing both of my children's bedrooms and then to assist with the interiors of a larger renovation project involving an extension and open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. We are gradually working our way around an older house and our most recent project was for an 'adult' front room now the kids are older. My husband had quite specific tastes and requirements! But with advice, guidance on colours, furniture styles and fabrics it has come together beautifully and exactly what we wanted. I have always found the staff team to be so helpful and the design process itself to be simple and time efficient which is a huge bonus for me. This time around we also used the personal shopping service which was great and nice to have someone else managing the ordering process, building in discounts on items where possible. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a company and I have no doubt I will be using them again in the future.

I used My Bespoke Room to redecorate my bedroom. The questionnaire was comprehensive and fun to complete. Laura followed up quickly initially to acknowledge receipt and then fully within a short timeframe to ask more questions. I was very impressed with how committed Laura was to the project and how engaged she was. She asked questions to ensure that she was delivering ideas that suited me. I received my mood board well within the three week timeframe and was really pleased with the results which were as I'd imagined but with an extra stylishness from Laura's expertise. I am still working through the project but for example I would never have chosen the lampshade myself as it is so large and dramatic, but it is absolutely amazing. Laura also helped by sending me reference photos for our fitted wardrobes which was a huge help and stopped me having to trawl the internet. This service is well worth the £75 as it has saved me hours. It's also helped give me ideas for shops to use outside of where I would normally go. I will definitely use the service again. I am in the process of extending my house and in the process reconfiguring the kitchen and living room. As I am not that creative I find it hard to start with a blank canvas - and that is even worse when I cant imagine what the rooms will look like after they have been extended. Fantastic value service! We used My Bespoke Room for one of the rooms in our new house at first and were so happy with it we then had all of our rooms decorated with their advice.
