Wow, I am so so glad I came across Tor's website and contacted her to help me decorate my living room and hallway. I had a huge space to work with and I was totally clueless on colour, light, patterns... all of it. Over the course of a couple of weeks, Tor helped me pick some styles that really reflected my personality and that worked with the period of the house I live in. Tor corresponded with carpet fitters, carpenters, painters, electricians... all of it. She totally took the pressure and the stress away and managed everything within budget and on time. On top of her absolute professionalism, and encyclopaedic knowledge of local tradesmen and design, she's kind, fun, and so so lovely. It really helped when I was panicking about snagging details! When I redecorate my spare bedroom I will absolutely be calling Tor to help me, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. You're in good hands with her :)

I loved Tor's approach to the space we wanted to restyle. She was helpful, creative, talented and has given us some great ideas to with the colours and styling of our room. The 'power hour' really helped to clarify what we are going to do moving forward.

Tor has done a fabulous job working with me and my builder to design my new home, and I could not be more pleased with the results. She was warm, friendly and supportive throughout the design and build process, while remaining calm, professional and solution focused during the few more challenging moments. She has a fantastic eye for detail, and I really felt that my needs were listened to, understood and then thoughtfully translated into the final design. Communication was excellent from start to finish, both with myself and with the builder, which made the whole process feel much smoother and more collaborative. I can’t recommend Tor of DEN LIFE highly enough. She took the time to really understand my style, goals and budget, and her recommendations were spot on. She helped with everything from furniture, paint colours and wallpaper to suggesting bespoke cabinetry, and she genuinely saved me money along the way. She worked with me on my living room, a teen girl’s bedroom and a tween girl’s bedroom, taking the time to listen to the girls so the spaces felt like theirs- and they absolutely love them. What I found particularly valuable was how she brought everything to life- she visualised the designs so clearly that I could easily picture how each room would look and feel before making any decisions. My home is a new build, so it started as a very blank canvas, and Tor helped me bring personality into each space and create a real sense of warmth and joy. On top of that, she’s an absolute pleasure to work with- friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, with nothing ever feeling like too much trouble. And she has fantastic taste. I’m absolutely delighted with the spaces she’s helped create and will definitely be coming back to her for the rest of the house.

We have enjoyed working with Tor on the interior design for our new build house. It was a challenging brief as the property was small and to maximise the use of the space a considerable amount of bespoke furniture was required in most of the rooms. The colours of the décor and the style suggested by Tor were thoughtfully selected and we are very pleased with the overall result. The work was completed to budget and on time. Tor was excellent in keeping us informed about progress and liaising with the different contractors prior to our occupation. Tor went the extra mile with the brief and we would certainly recommend her.

Tor (of Den Life) was amazing during our recent kitchen rebuild and house works, where she managed the build itself as well as delivering interior design direction. She was personable, organized, had a fantastic eye for design and was totally on the ball in terms of costs and budgets, and we’re over the moon with the final look of the project (including a side return, new kitchen and overhaul of several other rooms!) We’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tor and would use her again in an instant were we to undertake any more works or interior design changes in the future!

We recently hired Tor's services for the second time. We were very happy working with her in the past, and since we had a few more things we didn't get to last time, we hired her again to help finish the design of the house. As always, Tor was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has great ideas, lots of knowledge, and is always able to come up with solutions for everything. We absolutely love her.

Victoria is brilliant! So good with space and colour, and all the accessories. She sorted out new colours for paint, rug, cushions and upholstery for our sitting room a few years ago. She organised everything and it looks great. Then recently I asked about colours for our bedroom. She made a suggestion and I was a little worried that it was too much. But my daughter encouraged me to ‘go for it’ so I took a leap of faith, bought the paint and did what Victoria recommended! The result is great. I cannot recommend her highly enough - she is one talented lady.

Tor did a fantastic job with decorating my daughters' bedrooms. She was always available to answer any query and provided suitable options and practical advice. She knows the market really well and her ability to source the perfect items for the rooms was second to none. She worked really well with my mural artist. When we started our house renovation little did we know how many decisions we would have to make. From socket location to, choosing tiles, to selecting custom cut stone for our bathroom worktop. The list is endless as to everything Tor helped us with. Initial concept mood boards brought our future house to life and made us excited about what could be. Tors knowledge of tiles, door handles, lighting, plants, carpet, furniture, paint and so much more never stops. Tor held our hands through the whole build and made our dream home come true. I had a consultation about how to re-design my lounge after a friend recommended Tor at Den Life. The service was great and I will definitely be taking on all the ideas. Lots of options all at affordable prices too. Really creative ideas and the service was great value for money! I really couldn't recommend them enough.

Tor was exactly what we needed. After completely renovating and stripping back our house to brick we’d moved back in and had decision fatigue, we didn’t know what to do with our ‘blank canvas’. Tor’s consultation was amazing, we felt listened to, it wasn’t scary, and she totally got what we needed and wanted. And there was no pressure at all, just beautiful ideas. My husband and I recently hired Tor to support with designing our 4-bedroom home in Brighton. We had just parted ways with a designer who was not able to meet our needs, so came into the process with some pent up anxiety and frustration. The experience with Tor was excellent from start to finish. So much so that we are planning to hire Tor for a phase 2 next year. Tor is incredibly efficient and organised. So pleased that I engaged Tor to advise on the interior for our new house. I was quite overwhelmed with decisions and having a plan and ideas helped so much. Working with Den Life was a game changer for us and for our home. When we started to think about redesigning our our living space, we had an idea of what we wanted our rooms to look like but had no way of knowing how to finesse those thoughts and then put them into practice. Tor really listened to us and understood what we wanted to achieve in our home. She was able to translate our ideas and put together designs that took our breath away. This is the second home Tor has successfully transformed for us. The first was our flat in Brighton which after some fantastic but inexpensive interior design updates allowed us to sell it well above the asking price. Working with Tor was such a great experience that we couldn’t wait to get her on board with renovating the whole of our new house and designing a new kitchen/diner extension and patio area. Although our new home was 200 miles away Tor worked tirelessly with our photos and floor plans to develop amazing mood boards which allowed us to easily see the overall look, consider design options and ask questions. Tor was always available to guide us with decisions which during the building of the extension needed to be made very quickly.
