They look like perennial fountain grasses before the seed head develops. 'Hamlin' is a nice dwarf variety. Depending on soil and light conditions, you can use hakonachloa, carex, or prairie drop seed grasses. Hakonachloa is one of my favorites because it cascades forward instead of all around. I love fountain grasses for their seed heads in late summer and fall.
Looks like petunia with small boxwood, geranium is the red/hot pink, and the light pink is a perennial that attracts butterflies - can't think of the name right now....
