Hello,
We bought black trieste radiators from the Radiator Company and want to install these in all our bedrooms.
The problem is that we have just had new wooden floors put upstairs and my partner says the radiators are a nightmare to have installed with the products not being properly sealed and leaking.
They were even filled with debris and my partner cleaned them with our plumber. We are just appalled by the service and we just checked them for leaks and two of the seals even exploded.
The Radiator company advised to power flush these when we install these, however that would have blocked the pipes, with them being filled with debris. We are baffled as to why they would not clean them and how such expensive radiators would leak so easily. We do not even want to install them in fear of them destroying our new floor.
Did anyone have a similar experience? What did you do to solve the problem? We are contacting the radiator company again, but they have been nothing but helpful in the whole process.
Thank you for any input
