Hi Kelly. It looks a great room. I would just add a textured throw over the arm of the sofa and some contrast and texture for the cushions and perhaps introduce another pattern. If you don't like colour then texture is fine but blush would be great. You could also add sheepskin seat pads (try Nordic house) for the chairs or just a sheepskin rug thrown over the back of one chair for a much cheaper option. I'd also change the glass fruit bowl for something else, maybe an old misshaped wooden bowl but something in a different material/texture. Personally I feel the tv and art is hung just a little too high but the TV might be fine for you! A couple of accessories would also be great. I've attached a pic of a dandelight which looks great under a cloche. In terms of faux plants and I always say this (!) but I love pussy willow and eucalyptus together and will work well in your room. I agree with Carolina re adding something on the left. You don't need this at all and may hate feature walls but I can see you like industrial so have found these wallpapers from rebel walls which I just thought I'd share! I agree with ggirl though, just let the room evolve a little more when you find things you love as it looks great already

Hi Kelly, Sounds like an exciting project! We sell a lot of natural stone and a lot of porcelain, and in our experience as long as laid and cared for properly, both can work brilliantly in a family home. Tumbled limestone and travertine can look amazing, especially if you are wanting a more rustic look. If you go for an unfilled travertine, we would highly recommend slurry grouting (filling in the pits and voids) so that it is easier to maintain and clean. It is really important with natural stone to seal it. We recommend sealing once before and once after grouting, with perhaps a third coat around busy thresholds or near ovens/dishwashers etc in the kitchen. The sealer we sell lasts around 5-7 years, so not something you have to do too often. In terms of cleaning, you need to ensure you use natural stone cleaners or pH neutral cleaners, so you don't strip the protective sealer, leaving the stone prone to staining. To clean, it's simply sweeping or vacuuming (without the beaters on) and mopping. The beauty of natural stone is it ages and settles into the home the longer it's laid. Porcelain is really hard wearing, and most don't need sealing, although you can always apply a coat of sealer after laying in order to give added protection and seal grout lines to reduce the chance of staining. We also have wood effect porcelain tiles, which are really realistic if you did want the look of wood. I hope this helps, but if you do want any more help or to chat through options, please don't hesitate to get in touch on 01509 234000 or email us on enquiries@floorsofstone.com and we can make some recommendations. We also offer free samples of all of our tiles. Good luck with your project! Sophie // Floors of Stone

HI Kelly, When it comes to under floor Heating you need to be careful when laying the underlay as you don't want it to be too thick and stop the under floor heating to take full effect. We have an underlay in stock which has been designed to work in conjunction with the underfloor heating. The Kronoswiss ProVent foam underlay provides an exceptionally pleasant and quiet atmosphere and offers several advantages. The Micropumping System creates underfloor ventilation of the laminate flooring to eliminate residual moisture, and the additional HDPE vapour barrier protects the laminate flooring from moisture. Not only does the underlay protect against moisture, it also insulates against sound. The footfall level is reduced by 9dB and the impact sound level is reduced by 20dB. This 3mm underlay is also suitable for rooms with under floor heating. When it comes to the height difference if it is going into a different room you can use a door bar which will cover the height difference up to 14mm. I hope this helps. If you do have any queries please do not hesitate to get in touch via email at info@floormonster.co.uk or you can call us on 0141 887 5698 Kind Regards, Floor Monster Team

Hi Kelly. Wth the room shape I'd go for a rectangular table, what are the room dimensions? I remember you posting before and you liked oriental designs and were from Asia? Why don't you go for that look which also gives a modern feel with the chairs ? This is the canton table and wishbone chair from Lombok. They're on offer ATM, the chairs are out of stock but If you like them I would try ringing and pre-ordering if the website doesn't allow you to. I've got the chairs myself, I bought them whilst on offer and the day they were due to be delivered they brought out another offer which made them cheaper which they honoured after a frantic phone call! If jot by a brown table do do you mean wood with brown tones? You've got some grey tones in the floor so I think grey chairs could work
