New Sofa Advice Please!!
Hi! another advice please!! I need to replace my old black sofa.. My kitchen is shaping out to be white red and grey.. The new sofa on one side of the kitchen is white and quiet modern in style. The sofa i need to replace is in the TV zone. I have 3 small children that use the TV zone alot (not as much as the other zone). Should my new TV zone sofa be white or grey? fabric or leather? corner (with chase seat) or just a 3 seater? same style as my white one or totally different ? I only have enough space for 240cm max.. any opinion / advice or pictures would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

The best place for sofa is the wall opposite the chimney breast and you can build the shelves on each side like on one of the pictures. Comments (20)Great space! At the moment all your furnishings are all squashed together which makes your living area feel compact and busy. I would pull the 2 sofas apart to separate them from each other. I would also pull your rug and coffee table away from the sofas to create the feeling of a larger area. If you can I would change your rug to a light colour - either a nude or a beige as the majority of your furnishings are dark in colour and this will help break it up. Also if you have a central light fitting I would go for a brighter bulb one that gives off more of a white than yellow colour as the room feels quite dark with the blinds drawn. PRO10 years agoIf you children are using that space we would advise against using your white leather sofa here and keep a fabric option for your tv zone.
We have a range of fabrics that you can choose to have your new sofa upholstered in, at BoConcept we have some fabrics which have protection within the fabric or you can purchase the extra protection for any which haven't.
The space would be 2 small for a corner sofa, so you could get a chaise instead. Keep the colour of this neutral with your grey's and allow the pop of red come from your dining chair's. arm chair and your kitchen accessories.
