Hi Leo and Grace, thanks for the thanks! The radiator looks fab. The Core is a great choice as has a good heat output, is really well priced and looks amazing. Also by going for the bare metal lacquered finish it means you should have no trouble matching to it in the future, if and when you decide to redecorate. Thank you both for your comments and ideas. I had never seen these radiators combined with a bench before! While the front door is currently the main area of foot traffic, I hope to soon have a back door into the kitchen which will take most of the coming and going. So am not sure if a bench will be necessary then. I want to avoid furniture by using a wall mounted shelf, but have also been toying with the idea of filling one of the panels with a tall mirror.

If the bifolds are white and they will be either side of the doors, I’d go with white.

we have laquered raw steel and love them and have had lots of compliments. white kitchen, oak island. we thought white would be too boring since we have so much white in the kitchen already, and it would have just added another white (rather than match exactly the kitchen). we don't have anything anthracite so never considered that. the raw steel has more character and has a bit of a sheen without being shiny like chrome - and am sure they must hide the dust more than a white one would.
