Hi, we have a raised ground floor maisonette, which covers a further two floors. Below us is a basement flat. On either side of us are houses of the same size, but they have been converted to two flats and also there is the basement flat. Our kitchen is at the front of the house which we love. I want to move around everything. Picture 1 (move sink to where picture 2) Picture 2 to Picture 3 which means opening the chimney. There's a small opening (boarded) behind the kitchen unit.
And finally where the sink currently is I want to put built in seating (with storage) and table. Opposite wall to chimney breast will have a run of cabinets and work tops (picture 4)
So question is who do I need to contact for party wall agreement? Is it all of them? I'd like to do it ourselves if possible to keep costs down. Thanks in advance for your advice.
