Hi Philip, If the room has a lower ceiling, go with light coloured walls. Walls & ceiling colour should not match the floor colour. Go with colours that contrast and enhance each other. If you are thinking to change the floor too, then I would recommend engineered wood flooring. I agree with the others - go for it! It’s going to look fab! I like the dull greens more than the more foresty greens, I had a bathroom painted that colour many years ago, and I think it’s less likely to go out of fashion. It’s verging on being a dark neutral.
