You should be able to see a photo logo from where you can choose the file to upload.. Think of how you cook and depending on location of windows etc where sink could go for example.. If there's a free wall space consider the range or cooking element with extraction above? If you had a dual fuel range all the cooking elements are in the same place which can be rather beneficial...

Try to open with preview and then create a screen shot which you can upload as a png or change the image to a jpeg.. Either of those should work.. :))

From the bottom pic it looks as though you have cabinets on the end wall to the left of the window? If so consider just a free space there as I can see a kettle.. If not cupboard but necessary then box in and paint to blend with wall colour.. Have you considered the idea of an island and dining arrangement. Something combining the two and at split level heights to create interest.. Also perhaps look at differing extractor options that blend with overhead cabinets or perhaps end that run with the extractor rather than add two more cupboards. Have you thought about materials... Colours, fittings, worktop and appliances you want. It's a preference but straight edges are quite sophisticated on the island as opposed to curved corners.

Also consider whether you need an overhang on the island and seating? With dining table in close proximity it may well work without this element. The island could then possibly house wine cooler or other useful appliance. Consider too a hole on the worktop for waste..

A bin underneath in a cupboard makes food preparation a breeze.. If you were to incorporate a range oven you could situate the fridge freezer centrally within that wall of double height cabinetry. I don't think the style is wrong but might benefit from a more centralised placement where the ff door is further away from the door.

A pull out larder could also be something to consider as the aesthetic suggests modern rather than a traditional kitchen. Lastly look at lighting what and where... Perhaps functional for island and something more decorative for dining table.

Thank you all for your comments and advise. I am thinking of ditching the idea of having sink under the window, and as you all mentioned just free up that space. We do have an electrical meter, so we might just have to box up that area. I will try to incorporate the sink in the island, and just use that L shaped area for cooking. My husband will be happy if we don't have an American Fridge Freezer as it is more expansive than an integrated one:)
