what size do they come in and can they be used for a kitchen countertop? I hear that some porcelain will scratch (neolith). Will this too? Thanks!

Good morning Marinalabib. You can do exactly what NK interior design is saying and I totally agree with him. The alternative is that you use a vinyl which is a wipe able fabric. To have a more sumptuous feel is to go for a fabric with a treatment, but you have to remember that your hair will have natural oils in it and this will stain the fabric. This is just general wear. The fabric would need to be scotch guarded (for stain repelling) or have a treatment and possibly have fire retardant. Check specific details with your local upholsterer.

Hi Vicky Taking from your question of "how bad" you are not convinced and looking for negative feedback ? I am sorry to disappointed you , cannot say anything bad about the Neolith. Crack and chip only when mishandled during installation. You can contact Neolith UK in London, they do not sell directly to customer and they can give you all the details of durability.
