I would definitely keep the end window as this has the link to the rest of the garden, also it looks like a lovely bright room and it would be a shame to ruin that. To maximise this room, I would move the entrance to under the stairs to the dining room so that you can free up that whole long side. You can then put the cooker on this long wall with any tall units towards the dining room (darkest part of the room) and you've suddenly doubled your kitchen size and not had to do anything expensive - moving the understairs door will be a few hundred. Knock the wall out between the kitchen and dining room but if you are also knocking down the conservatory and want a long run of kitchen units will you be blocking up the exit area in the dining room?

Depending how much remodeling you would like to do, and how you would like to heat, one thought would be to remove the corner between the kitchen and rear sitting room. This would give you some hallway space and potential for a more open rear living space. This was may possibly have been the rear exterior wall at one stage so could mean more heavy duty work than you might want - making removing the cupboard and moving the doorway to create an area a more viable option.

That is a lot of tall units. Larder units like that store a huge amount of items. The one on the end is a 500 so it’s not an oven housing as that would be 600 so l would be tempted to do away with it and take the base units around the corner. If the oven housing is the second unit in from the left then that would give you somewhere to hand to place hot dishes and pans. I would have a 900L shaped corner base in that area which would mean both doors would open giving you full access to that corner as opposed to a straight corner base which means you will be on your hands and knees to access the corner as it currently shows. I would also do away with the drawerline on the end opting for a highline unit and make the 450 drawer pack wider.
