Comments (6)Good afternoon Nathan I've been thinking on this again as it has caught my interest. Strangely enough a chap who bought our previous house has requested some samples and I will be meeting with him soon and they are for his home cinema, I didn't consider the acoustic element so thank you for raising this. One last thing I just thought of is alongside the plain and patterned silks (and linens as mentioned above by Victoria above) we can offer a Wool/Silk blend which I think would offer great warmth and acoustics for you. Feel free to get in touch even if it's just to talk through some ideas. Best wishes Jake Ward Eades Bespoke....See MoreLiving room advice, wallpaper and curtains
Comments (12)Hi Beckie. You can put orange and yellow together, I've found a pic for you which should work with your neutral base. I like the way they've used a couple of darker accents to break up the warm tones. You could perhaps use the orange as the secondary colour so go for curtains with orange in with mustard as your accent, will see if I can find a couple of pics. Another colour that works really well with grey and mustard is teal or petrol blue. I've found a couple more geometric papers. I also like colourhappys idea of a textured paper, there are lots of faux grasscloth ones around and I like the rather expensive blue one I've pictured but the colour isn't true in this pic...See MoreCoordinating wallpapers across multiple rooms
Comments (6)Thank you both, it's really kind of you to help. The master bedroom is quite large with high ceilings as it would have originally been a drawing room, so I'm planning to paper all the walls in that room as opposed to having just a feature wall. With a complimentary paint colour above the picture rail and the ceiling. Following your advice I think I'll then paint the first floor guest room (come nursery) in one of the warm accent tones from the paper. I've found the paper is also available in a beautiful blue so I'm thinking I'll use this in the front second floor guest room, and paint the second guest room on that floor in a complimentary paint colour. That plan could be boarding a little with the boutique hotel look though which I wanted to avoid : / You've really helped! Thanks so much....See MoreWhat colour accessories goes best with navy and gold wallpaper
Comments (4)Hi, I love that wallpaper. It is going to be a quite dominant feature in the room I would compliment with some more gold/brass and navy blue objects, lights, cushions elsewhere in the room. But since the room otherwise has white walls, I’d go for white or natural curtains, to keep the focal point at the wallpaper....See MoreBeth Weir
