Good afternoon Anna. Interesting. Here's the dilemma ( Houzz pun? ) ..the 15.19 if accurate does not scale with the pic as shown. Judging the sink wall to be about 5 ' (4' 6" perhaps)long, ( 2' for counters, 3' working space) ,it leaves less than 8 ' between the small wall and the front window wall. The pic shows a wall about 12' long. ( Notice the living room area is almost square).

They paved paradise and out up a parking lot. Then when it rained hard the toilets all overflowed. Permeable paving and planting to soften and break it up could avoid widespread catastrophe. If the space in front of house where big enough I would create something with planting around and amongst it. It isn't big though. It might just fit a tiny electric car but that wouldn't be adequate for work.

I suppose the question will be whether the waste from the kitchen sink in the living room will drain. You may want yo consider a different plan where the living room gets divided and the the kitchen goes next to the bathroom
