I think the best thing to do is use boards that looks like mosaic tiles, it's from ABBuilding supplies, you can stick it over tiles and then the furniture. It's very cost effective.

I would suggest you go bold. Burnt Orange wall tiles from floor to ceiling. A grey or slate coloured tile for the floor with either a stone like finish or a wood-effect like finish. Am assuming the tub/sink/toilet cannot be moved due to pipe positions. If the toilet drainage pipe is not in the floor opt for a floating toilet seat. If not then a regular one with a "pedestal/foot" will be the way to go. Look for one where the pedestal slants away and not straight down. It will create the feel of more space. For the sink again if the pipe is in the wall, opt for a floating sink. If not a sink with a pedestal that slants away. Though i would prefer a sink st in a cabinet instead which could be use for storage as well. Install a tub with a glass cabin with it to allow to seperate the tub from the rest of the space and keep water of the floor. Ideally and if intimacy and personal space not much of a problem opt for clear glass as this will allow the space not to feel too small. Opt for a rain shower type wall mounted shower head rather than just showerhose A word of advise here is to match the structural feel of those 3 items. I mean if you are opting for rounded sink, have rounded bathtub and toilet. If square go square all the way. If angular angular all the way. I would recommend glossy white as it will pop against the orange tiles. Of course if u have a sink with cabinet you can have the cabinet slate and white. I love the towel rack you uploaded. Use it. Add some floating shelves for the small paraphernalia such as toothbrushes and sponges so as to clear the window sills. Add some green plants along the window sill to releive the eyes from all the orange.

Another possibility would be to install a standard, white toilet bowl with concealed cistern and get the seat in a custom colour to suit your bathroom. It would probably be cheaper than a coloured toilet and might solve your problem. Good luck and please post a picture of your finished bathroom. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Having looked at this a lot, i've decided that you really need to see it in context with the whole kitchen. Especially what's on the left. The boiler cupboard troubles me, as, it's more than likely going to be quite a deep cupboard. Deeper than some 'average' wall cupboards. Ours is both deep and tall, in fact, there's only 22cm under it and it's nearly 1000mm high with the plynth. Luckily it's in the corner like this one, but it throws everything off balance, I presume the kitchen is like this then, with the breakfast bar on the right. However, you (again i presume ), will have stools right by the door?I think you need exact dimensions of the boiler cupboard and where it is from ceiling to counter top in order to get a proper visual. The sink looks wrong. Also, bear in mind the boiler cupboard depth as it could be deeper than the average cabinet and so you need the depth too, do the cupboards need to be the same depth? I'm beginning to think that the boiler cupboard should meet the counter top and that the sink should move over, and the run extended right a little. I think in summary - boiler cupboard on counter top, move sink over and centre.
