Are the wall panels waterproof? What are they made of? Who produces them?

We are Furniture designers and Makers-The Paneling is designed and manufactured by ourselves Trefurn. The framework of the panels is formed from mortice and tenoned Tulip wood with the inner panel from moisture resistant MDF. It is all then finished with an flexible and waterproof primer before being painted with Farrow and Ball Eggshell paint. Hope this answers your question. If you would like us to provide costings etc for a project please just drop us a line and we would be pleased to help. In this instance we have designed the whole room concept and specified all of the content you see within. We are designers and Makers of full interior solutions, although we do also work with interior designers and architects to manufacture and install their designs too.

Thank you plusmarcus. So my thought about the side panels was how do you decide where the bedsides go? Do they sit in the middle of the side panels or do they sit so that the two beads line up with the middle of the bedsides? If you put the bedside in the middle of the side panel they are too far from the bed. And if you put them so the beads are in the middle of bedside they are too close? With the original "B" photo I wondered how the proportions would work with bedsides. Would bigger bedsides in the same style as the bed work better? Sorry might just be my OCD, but where you have them now, for me, throws off the original proportions.

Either undercoat or prime first. Depending on what colour you are after if it's a standard off the shelf colour then most should be suitable - I have always found F&B to offer great coverage and consistency painting both wall and wood. Otherwise I cannot recommend Little Greene enough they have some great colours and paints suitable for wood and walls. By inlets, do you mean the recesses? I've just had Multipanel panels installed in my new bathroom. External corner trim was used around the window, but a piece of solid surface worktop used for the windowsill.
