I think you can go down either route to inject aqua into the room, either through walls or splashback but I think it'd look much better to have white tiles and aqua on the walls with the wood effect worktop as suggested by Minnie101. Good Luck xx

That's more or less the same colour doors as my kitchen. I have pale grey on my walls but have a feature wall in lime green. Perhaps you could do a feature wall? Lime green and orange look good with greys. If you Google images putting in some keywords it'll bring up some great photos. Was only looking this morning for orange splashbacks for someone and the pix were great if you're frightened of experimenting or colour.

Your kitchen is gorgeous! Ours is similar in layout and darkness. We went with f&b Dimpse for the cabinets as it’s very light. I’d love a lighter worktop too but can’t justify replacing perfectly good granite. Likewise we have dark flooring (slate) - I’d love a parquet floor but again can’t justify scrapping something that is perfectly ok. We’ve painted our walls pure white and it’s fab. (And cheap). Photo not the best as it was taken at night - however the wall and cabinet colours have most definitely lightened up the whole room.
