Have just selected a dark walnut kitchen worktop with a gloss white kitchen- we are selecting Amtico wood effect flooring but I'm unsure on the colour to go for - liking sunbleached oak but wondering if it will look odd?
You need to put them together to see what you think. It might be a good combination but I would be looking to see if one has red tones and one has yellow tones because although woods don't have to be exactly the same they should tone.
I'd recommend looking at something more warm toned, as suggested by Jonathan. If you can't find anything by Amtico, our Premium Wood range includes some fantastic choices including Sawn Oak & English Oak. We also have a Walnut design, but this may be a little too dark if you've already chosen a walnut worktop.
All of our designs are beautifully authentic-looking, and are supplied with a high specification warranty (they're even suitable for commercial spaces!). If you'd like any samples, feel free to drop me a message and I'd be very happy to arrange this for you.
