6 years agoNot strictly industrial but have also attached an image from an industrial style place. It's the vertigo pendant available from heals but it is quite pricey. Do you have a budget in mind? Also what size is the living area so people know what size light you need

The whole room is around 8.5m long x 4m wide (but the lounge space only occupies around 3.5m of that length)
Not that big an area but has a fair amount of height.
Budget would be £250 tops.
Attached a pic of my favourite find so far, but it failed the "fiancé test" unfortunately so I'm back to square one again:)

Comments (12)How about a compromise between the two options? Instead of 3 individual pendant lights which I think might look a bit cluttered being so close together you could have a single multi-light pendant. This would visually register as a single fixture but gives the light and look of multiple pendants? I've quickly scouted a few different style options at different price points but there's loads of similar ones to choose from. Comments (12)Hi Moggles i have a similar renovation starting and have the same thoughts re pendant lighting from steel. Are you actually allowed to have anything coming from the steel itself or won't this negate the fire proofing measures put in place ? So if you are allowed to hang directly from under the steel the next concern is the head height as looking at your photos it does look limited. I have actually bought 2 pendant fittings so i can decide when the time is right which is going to look best. One is a standard pendant with 3 lights dropping from it ... quite ordinary. The other is a long thin led bar that i thought could be hung with as much or little drop from the ceiling as required. Could you hang the light from the original ceiling point and then use hooks to drape it to over the dining table. I have attached a photo showing similar.
