Needing help with Kitchen Pendant Lights
Comments (14)Hi caroljchapman49 Our Brooklyn 3 Light Pendant Bar - Satin Chrome could be a great choice, the diameter of a single shade is 20,5 cm and the overall length of the fitting is 80 cm. The height can be adjusted to suit your needs. Hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to contact us by emailing customerservice@litecraft.co.uk or by calling 0161 359 4777 Kind Regards, Litecraft Team...See MorePendant lighting - do I really need 3
Comments (12)How about a compromise between the two options? Instead of 3 individual pendant lights which I think might look a bit cluttered being so close together you could have a single multi-light pendant. This would visually register as a single fixture but gives the light and look of multiple pendants? I've quickly scouted a few different style options at different price points but there's loads of similar ones to choose from. Comments (12)Hi Moggles i have a similar renovation starting and have the same thoughts re pendant lighting from steel. Are you actually allowed to have anything coming from the steel itself or won't this negate the fire proofing measures put in place ? So if you are allowed to hang directly from under the steel the next concern is the head height as looking at your photos it does look limited. I have actually bought 2 pendant fittings so i can decide when the time is right which is going to look best. One is a standard pendant with 3 lights dropping from it ... quite ordinary. The other is a long thin led bar that i thought could be hung with as much or little drop from the ceiling as required. It's quite similar to this but i think slimmer (it doesn't seem to be available now :/ ) http://www.litecraft.co.uk/quartz-rectangular-led-ceiling-pendant-chrome In fact it's really similar to the one shown by Modus above ! Will be following this thread with interest to see how you progress !...See MoreCeiling trunking for pendant light in extension
Comments (1)How far is the original light fitting to the new? What is the style of the room? Could you hang the light from the original ceiling point and then use hooks to drape it to over the dining table. I have attached a photo showing similar. Works in the right setting but not for everyone....See Moreminnie101
