Hi, I do love the tiles and if you are on a budget definitely keep them. I like the layout of the room, I would go with white bathroom furniture as the room looks a little dark. The best thing myself and my partner did was walk around some showrooms and even tile showrooms as you could find a similar tile set up to yours and see how they have done it. I recently went to tile town (I'm not sure if it's a country wide place) but they had a fantastic showroom upstairs. I would be wary about having to find matching tiles if you needed extras with your new furniture.

You've got a lot of pretty good looking woodwork. If you painted it, say a green like F & B card room green, I think the tiles would show up well, it would complement the taps, feel fresh and not cost a packet. Get a new white loo seat and find a more convenient place for the loo roll. If you use a slip on holder you could fix to the side of the bath and remove it easily for splashy bathers or children. Use white and green towels, and ones to match the tiles too if you have more users.

Oh, a different blind too.

I'd also paint any wood white and agree with others re changing taps etc. I'd also change the shower door to a clear glass one. If you had the budget you could change the bathroom mirror ... looks too good to replace
