Hi
There are plenty of photos on Houzz of rear/side extensions with sliding doors on a track that is flush to the floor-so that internal and external flooring are on the same level. I think it looks great-but I'm concerned about drainage...If it's not fitted correctly or is damaged over time I forsee issues with water ingress or damp perhaps...
Has anyone experienced this or have any thoughts?
