God I love your cabinets and worktop - don't change a thing! You could add pops of colours - almost anything will look good as a nice neutral pallet. Do you like maybe a soft lavender which always goes nice with the soft grey-green of cupboards? F&B Elephants Breath has a hint of it. I'm glad to see everyone saying leave cupboards as they are. The island could be farrow and ball drawing room blue or it could even be railings, it can show as quite blue depending on the light in the room. The cabinets look like blackened or dimpse. Or on my screen anyway :)

Hi Colette A useful tool which I use all the time in this industry is use the Farrow & Ball website, find the nearest colour which matches your selected colour and within that it will suggest complimentary colours. Some people prefer harmonic tones whereas other people like to see contrasting colours so it is really down to your own opinion. Another website which I use quite a lot is Little Greene.
