Comments (5)We laid Karndean flooring in our hall and sitting room 17 years ago. We used wood effects from the Da Vinci range. Originally, our long, narrow hall floor was part wood, part concrete, part terrazzo tile so we needed something suitable for laying over all these base materials and Karndean fitted the bill. Comments (1)Hi Lisa, We've fitted Karndean a number of times for clients and those of them that have dogs have never said its a problem. I have wood on my ground floor and sheet vinyl in the kitchen and my dog has never caused any scratches. Comments (16)The thing with any natural material is that no 2 pieces are the same and some variance must be accepted . Although I wouldnt be 100% happy with that i would ask the fabricator to see if thay have something that matches better. but if they dont you have got to accept it. I more often point my clients towards Quartz because of the consistency in colour.
